All the more reason why, if playing DS Sonic, I'd best stick with Rush Adventure.  >.>

I dunno. Adds a nice slight challenge to the thing. In Rush Adventure you can boost through the whole level, no problem, but at least you have to know when and when not to in the DS Colors.

On a side note, having beaten Unleashed, I'm sure I can handle Colors now. Just gotta save up 40 bucks....

Ouch.  That is harsh.  'specially with how easy the Boost Gauge is to fill, assuming they're still using the Rush trick mechanics.

Yeah, I don't actually have the DS version...  Bottom line, no playable Blaze, and emeralds do nothing except unlock final boss, correct?  Not touching it in that case.

Actually, there IS no trick system, and myself during the demo I found myself losing out on Boost a few times. Also, I noticed that the gauge depletes slightly faster than in Rush, but that might just be a visual thing.

Eheh, then I think that the bad games are good. I'm actually enjoying Sonic Unleashed on the Wii. I guess it all comes down to matter of opinion.

You mean Classic Controller?

Also, I had no problems with Wii Werehog controls using the Classic Controller.

PS3 Werehog however... Why can't you turn on a dime?

But its definitley more fun this time around. More things going on, less mediocrity.

No. I MEAN GameCube Controller. I don't own the classic controller. On a side note, once you get used to it, it's not that bad. I actually don't mind the Werehog that much. This game is underrated, not by an exponential amount, but still underrated.

Also, I read that critics actually preferred the Wii day stages over the 360/PS3 ones. Wonder why. I myself enjoy them because instead of being able to continually boost, you need to time between boosts as you can't do it continually. If you time them correctly, you can zip by faster than by boosting all the way through and missing shortcuts. It also give a slight challenge in that I noticed it's harder to control Sonic during Wii boosts than in 360/PS3 boosts, and I love challenge. But that's just me.

Cleared Sonic Galaxy Colors.  Got 81 red rings to track down still...

IMHO the "collectible checklist" shpiel just doesn't work for Sonic.  It's fun in the enclosed stages, but when you're blazing by wide-open areas, having to stop and check every nook and cranny just sucks the life out of you (I wasn't too fond of Secret Rings' Fire Souls, either).

You can't really be fond of anything collection related in a Sonic game. *Points at Heroes' Team Chaotix*

Ah. I have just had a revelation.

I've recently looked back upon my RPing and noticed the steady stream of improval. I think that when you're new, it's not about being the best of the best or even being good, you can be the worst RPer ever and it'll still be fun. Once you begin to improve, you realize it's time to get serious. No more fun. RPing loses it's luster, but if you can push on past that stage, you'll pass into the glory days. When you finally have that experience under your belt, it's not exactly fun to RP, but it's more about how proud of yourself you become once you've finished writing a page long block of text.

Myself, almost everyone here knows just how literally BAD I was during my first days, what with the paragraph at longest posts, all the sexual stuff that I'm still ashamed of, the overusage of profanities, even that one time I went power mad when I was GM of Bounty Hunters (An RP on OMF). But it didn't matter to me, I had fun with it. When I finally changed accounts to Giga Drill Breaker, I began to improve. I realized that my old antics wouldn't cut it any more. I was finally a somewhat decent RPer, but RPing began to become boring for me, leading up as one of the factors of my temporarily leaving OMF.

And now, look at me. I enjoy RPing. It's still a bit boring and slow for me at times. But Ican make the best of it. Words can't express the flat out pride I feel after writing a huge wall of text, even my normal posts are on average almost a paragraph long. I don't permit myself to write less than 2 lines unless I'm extremely out of ideas. I also know how to have fun with it. If some people would look at a few of my more recent posts, like the one in Fairy Tail: Rebirth (Another RP over on OMF), where Ryuki is buried under rubble only to hum scary music out loud and end with the phrase "Always wear your seatbelts", that was fun to write, and when I finally posted it, I felt good.

In a nutshell, you start off bad, but you don't realize it. Just push yourself to improve and you will. It'll lose meaning to you for a while during the improvement stage, but once you become one of the best, it'll feel really great! That was my revelation.

So that puts how many people on the "I don't care about your just copy-pasted and edited wall of text" boat?

Yeah, I wrote that and copied it over here. Don't ask why. I can't think of anything else sarcastic to say so just tl;dr and post your rants about how much you hate certain things and then how much you love things nobody cares about. Wait.

He had to work at UPS yesterday for only a few hours and when he got home he was very tired.  I know they're paying him for christmas day but honestly he should of had a day off instead.

My Dad has to work today as well. It's life for 'ya.

I'm worried my GC is dying out on me. My Tales of Symphonia disk is used, but it's clean and it has hardly any scratches. I'll stick it on the Wii later.

For Raikou it's from Jan 3rd to Jan 9th, Entei Jan 17th to Jan 23rd and Suicune Jan 31st to Feb 6th.

Oh yeah, at Gamestop right? I heard about that. God forbid I won't be going there at least once during that time.
