I guess it's to reflect the coolness that's Forte or something. ^^
I think RMW3 track is a bit broken in the beginning.
I think more than 1 loop and a fade out would have been a great idea.

Um no, the RPM book is really just a "basic information" kind of book. It's not so heavily detailed like the Compendium of X or the R20, but it still has some main characters, bosses, weapons, game release info (dates, systems) and other small bits for every game between 1987 and 2002.

It's not a ROM Hack. Unless it's a very powerful use of ASM programming, it's a Fan Game. Difference.
Wily and Light were drawn differently than the official art, and the title screen had more options to choose from.

Game: ...! wow~ So much work done and it plays pretty good. The engine doesn't look 100% identical to the official engine, because Rock kinda moves and jumps in a weird way. Maybe change the speed rate when walking, and the gravity for jumping and it would be alright. ^^
Cutscene Artworks: It should resemble the same art style of MM9 and the past NES games too.
Music: Um, it doesn't exactly sound like actual NES music. It's not bad either.
