I love it! When I was little, it was one of my most played games, along with Mario 3 and Mario World.
It's pretty fun to see that a few Sub-Con enemies comes back to other Mario games later. ^^

There are some BMP image files inside the game's folders. All the sprites are already there, stacked next to each other.

All we do is replace the sprites with something else, anything that measures the same height as the old sprite. o.o

The game itself can be downloaded here, and the BMPs are in there too.

I will move my work to "final2.zip" when I have the time for it. x3

It's kinda funny.

Nintendo should have learned that people would do this when they mentioned "Virtual Console".
Now they should let Capcom release proper-emulated Rockman X games for it. Not everyone has the X Collection.

PBP is a executable file or homebrew program for the PSP.
They're called Eboot.pbp and they are usually run from the memory stick.

ISOs (or CSO or DAX) are the actual PSP games dumped with a tool.

Most of the emulators out there only run a few games, so don't bother.

You need to install a custom firmware to a PSP (model 1000 Fat or 2000 Slim) to fully experience PSP emulation. o.o
