Just like Critical Mode in KHII Final Mix, enemies give you more damage and you get only half the max HP you normally get. ^^;
Zero EXP ability is in the beginning of Critical Mode too, so you can beat the game at LV1.
And yea, like KHII Final Mix, SquEnix decided to add crowns for you to collect in this game too.

Only a decryption patch with a ISO Tool. It works fine on 5.50 GEN-D3.
There's some prepatched ISOs on Megauploads and torrents. ^^;
You don't need any extra plugins. Turn off the old KHBBS (J) plugin.
The prepatched ISO that has a Install Data icon seem to work the best right now.

Since I already finished everything in the Japanese version (that I bought way back in January) on Proud Mode, I picked Critical Mode this time. It has the Final Mix feeling that I love so much in KHII Final Mix. ^^b
I like all the dialogues and there are bugs and glitches that has been fixed from the Japanese version.
This version feels more complete than the original BBS.

The coordinates for each sprite are already printed and stored inside the game's data.
Since the images are uncompressed, decompressed and easily readable, it makes it easier for a software to read the sprites and display them in different layers programmed inside the game.

In the meantime, you could always use a flash card and play those levels as much as you want on your GBA/DS. ^^b
