I agree. I find cooking fun, relaxing, and it feels like pure creativity at times. I love to cook. I need to get a chef hat.

I don't know about recipes, but my dad used to be a dim sum chef (For the record that's an all-encompassing word meaning the small snack-like foods you eat during yumcha/supper/etc, meaning it includes dumplings, spring rolls, and dim sim.) and he's the one who taught me how to make dumplings (and they are delicious) so I'm sure I've gotta be doing things right.
Also, ingredients bought, filling is mixed, it's wrapping time!
