Only thing we didn't get was a release window.

Holiday 2013 is all he really needed to say.

Hell, he could've said Spring 2014 and PS4 is still the clear choice over the XBOne.

Only problems were Assassin's Creed 4 blowing up and the sneaky way they said online requires PS+. And even those don't bother me as much. I barely play online and I'm not a fan of AC.

Tech difficulties are tech difficulties. XBOne had it with Crimson Dragon. As for the PS+ thing, I have no issue paying a yearly $50-$60 dollar fee for a decent online service. Hell that's literally paid for when I work my MLB game tomorrow night at work. But I'm not paying for two online services, so if/when I decide to choose one, the PS4 clearly has my MLB game money. The system looks better, is smaller, is cheaper, and there's little to no hassle. (Yet XD)

Microsoft HAS to cancel that bullshit now. They have no choice.

Oh I'm sure there is more to be revealed about the PS4 as the days/weeks/months go bye. Still though, as of right now.

$400 is reasonable for what it can do.

Mind you, I'm still not buying it on the launch date, but they said everything they needed to say.

Agreed. Even if it's true though, Sony still has the upper hand currently. I have no issue paying extra for good online services.

In case you missed it, online play appears to be pay-gated on the PS4.

Since this is being asked on the Twitter, I'll ask it here since I didn't hear it...

Did he say that Playstation Plus membership is required to play games online with people?

Since they have less crap in the system I'm willing to bet they will.

We'll see.

Oooooh Destiny. This peaks me interest as well.

I will say that at least I've seen more colorful games this conf. than I did the XBOne one. And I like the look of the system more.

Pretty nice reveal right there. Square stuff always did look pretty, even if I have little interest in it.

Currently "Puppeteer" and "Knack" for me so far. <3
But they showed the gameplay so shortly compared to the "movie: the game" titles that are more popular... XD

Yeah I'd much rather see more info about those two games than what they're showing.

They have........what's the word I'm looking fo...COLOR!!!

Oh the ball's in Sony's court right now.

Actually, the ball might be in Nintendo's court. If Sony announces a $500 system, then Nintendo just needs to show decent games and a price drop right before X-Mas and they should do really well.

Like I said, the games do look nice. KI looks pretty awesome, the graphics are definitely prettier with some games, and again Titanfall tickled my fancy. But none of that is worth $500 at launch, especially when you consider that a lot of the games will be delayed till next year sometime. The price will eventually drop.

My guess is that they will via interviews and such. Haha, they [tornado fang]ing better.

I'll admit though, some of the games looked pretty nice. Most of them are not for me, but that Titanfall game looked like a ton of fun, and this is coming from someone who has grown tired of FPS games.
