I do agree that the shades are a little too small for your head (I pride myself on my knowledge of sunglasses and how they look on people), but on the real, you're sexy wearing clothes like that!

Usually in the form of Special Stages AND playable Super forms throughout.
There are such things as control and stage glitches, overgimmicking, and open-bottom design to focus on, and to avoid segments that would kill pacing (Werehog, Sandopolis Act 2, etc.), but even if these are all achieved, Sonic can't get anywhere without some sort of replay value. Otherwise, the games are a rental, at best.

But that's just it. I could go back and play Secret Rings. I really did enjoy it that much. Granted, I'd love a Super Sonic form as well, but upgrading the Ring with new powers and such made my progress feel warranted. That and I [tornado fang]ing loved the Soundtrack. Blue On The Run is easily one of the best Boss Battle songs ever.
