You might look on the blog.  Apparently there's some other mini-game he made called Metroid: Confrontation up there too that may tide you over.

Looking at the blog, it seems like he's mostly doing visual tweaks and trying to get the sprites done at the moment.

I haven't heard anything about it in a while, but it seems the game is still in progress.  DoctorM64 just posted an update a few days ago, but no new videos as yet.

Jesus [tornado fang]ing Christ.  If I were a moderator I would've locked this thread two pages ago.

Wait.

Hang on a second.

Flash, did I honestly see you say you wanted a "3DS Lite" on the last page?  The thing's already smaller than every other DS that's ever been made.

Oh for [tornado fang]'s sake, this thread is becoming a goddamned train wreck.

Hey, I loved Twilight Princess.  It had a way of making everything feel epic.  It just needed to be harder, that's all.

I liked Wind Waker too, even though the art style sucked.  I just wish it had more dungeons.

You know, it's not the story in Other M that bugs me.  Granted, the execution was sloppy and could've used some fine tuning.  What really bothered me were two things:

1) While the design of the Power Suit kind of grew on me, they have no excuse for making the Varia Suit nothing but a recolor of it, and even less for making the Gravity Suit nothing but a glowy aura around the Varia Suit.  The art direction was fine overall, but the way they stripped down the suit is just irritating.

2) You have the ability to go into first person mode any time, any place.  The game isn't restrictive about this in the slightest.  So why the [tornado fang] can't we move in first-person?  They had the opportunity to make a perfect blend of Metroid Prime and Super Metroid, allowing the player to switch back and forth whenever they want.  But god forbid they have to plug the other half of the controller in!  Oh no, this game has to be remote only.

Still waiting for a 3DS XL.

335
No, I'm pretty sure it's not going to be NSMB considering the screenshots show a Mario 64-style gameplay field.

336
Meh, who cares?  You'll be putting them on a shelf with other DS games anyway, presumably.

Now, on another note, who's betting on a 3DS XL at some point?  I'm definitely hoping for one, personally...

Nice, but it's too small to really make a whole lot of sense out of it.  There a full version somewhere?

338
The city scenes they've posted seem a lot more fleshed out and (dare I say) realistic than previous city areas in Legends.  I'm liking it so far.

Activision just loves to milk things for all their worth.  It's worse than Capcom.

As I recall, their reasoning for dropping Ghostbusters before Atari picked it up was that there wasn't enough potential to exploit the [tornado fang]ing thing as a yearly franchise.

Ah, here it is.

Activision CEO Bobby Kotick said, and I quote, that the games they dropped when they bought out Vivendi "don't have the potential to be exploited every year on every platform with clear sequel potential."

Yeah, Activision pretty much turned Guitar Hero into the Megaman of rhythm games.  Only not as successful.

You know, I'm sensing Sony about to pull an Apple with this thing.  Charging like $300 to replace the unit's battery when it stops holding a charge.

I wouldn't carry a videogame system in my pants pockets, period.  That's what jackets with inside pockets are for.  And I don't know about you, but mine can hold a PSP 3000 quite comfortably.

346
At least L3 will still be a big improvement over L1&2 graphics-wise, despite having a similar look.

347
Hey, at least it's not the Sonic fandom...

348
Man, that launch lineup is terrible.  Looks like I need not stand in line on day one at least.

349
Cute, but somehow I just can't picture Roll and Tron getting along well enough to go ice skating together. >_>
