Versus won't show up. They have no interest in the US market. Bandai doesn't see a large profit from the US PSP fanbase. Which is why they're not bringing RM2 either.
Differences in generations my friend. It's also the reason why games with shorter lengths, little to no emphasis on story or multiplayer, yet stellar gameplay (Mirror's Edge, MadWorld) are frowned upon.
I'll get VERSUS~ ^.^

Releasing: This Winter
Genre: "Understand the Power to Protect RPG"
-Main character is Asbel Lhant. 18 Years old, from the Lhant territory of the Windol Country.
-Uses the Style Shift Linear Motion Battle System, which lets characters have more than one fighting style. You can set skills to the A and B button on the Wii remote.
-Sidestepping allows movement in a 360 degree angle around the enemy and other maneuvers.
-Compatible with the Classic Controller Pro.
-Animation scenes done by Production I.G. like always

But then we'd get a Metroid Prime 6 in which the Space Pirates quote Shakespeare!

Oh Ben. Where's your blind optimism towards a game that you and I both know is going to be a TKO (Total Knockout Orgasm)?
I know, right!
Finally, we'd get The Legend of Zelda: Quantum Eclipse, in which Link is summoned into the future by Cyber Zelda, Galactic Empress of the Moon Kingdom, to defend Lunar Hyrule by duel wielding the combined might of the Master Sword & the Quantum Saber and command the forces of Time & Space to stop the evil power of Anti-Matter Ganon.
With the way Punch-Out Wii is looking, I don't really see that as a bad thing!

Also, they need to make Metroid Prime 4: The Voyage Home, in which Samus has to travel back in time to save an extinct species of Humpback Metroids in order to satisfy the sick desires of an alien probe! Abyss Ridley waits in the deep for YOU!

They need to focus more on StarTropic 3 anyway!

Never mind Unleashed came and pretty much slapped everyone silly.
As for EAD, I think it's a bit worse that EAD won't even bother with the franchise than make a terrible game.
Another franchise somewhat lacking here would be Kirby... at least on consoles. Where's that Kirby Wii, hm Nintendo?
Who didn't see Sonic's final smash as Super Sonic? What else was he going to do? Run around and circles and cause a tornado to blow everyone away? Call in Tails to crash the Tornado into the field, causing a screen wide explosion?
"Being"? No, no... they crossed that line and flew passed Sonic the second the decided Star Fox Command was going to be a gigantic furry fanfiction. Come on, you can't possibly think THIS:
...is any good. I mean, yeah, I smirked with Star Wolf and their antics ("Panther's taking you out on a hot date!" or "Hey! Missile! You Suck!") but when most of the story missions pretty much shot down any notion of a story just so two damn foxes would [tornado fang]/backstab each other, never mind the game was pretty garbage to begin with, they've far shot passed Modern-Day Sonic in terms of lack of quality.

All the same, I can't help but be concerned when we haven't heard anything about another Star Fox game for a while, and knowing that Nintendo has gone through Rare, Namco, and now these guys trying to lend Star Fox to someone capable.

And for Starfox Command, they force-fed the stylus control.
It matters to the fans. That establishes right in it's ownsome as a viable discussion. *shrugs* I would hope you think so aswell.

What we need is to bring bavck that gameplay balance that Sonic possessed in the nineties.

I don't know, I actually think Sonic Team could do really well with Tails' Adventure 2. They seem to like really cheesy storylines and extra characters; this might actually be a good way to have Tails and Marine/Cream/Wave/Big or maybe even some other lesser known characters work as a team and allow for co-op play.

I was right. Wonder why she wasn't implemented in time.
) had the foresight to know that they were going to do something with that character/concept any way, it was more of a thing of just a matter of time and how they were going to implement her.
I thought we might have been clashing on how the player "earns their speed," but I don't think we even disagree on that.
But even then, a beginner player should still be able to get a darn good time. In fact, it should be like Sonic CD; get unlockables via Time Attack (and not ranking, **** ranking).
And OH GOD, SONIC THE FIGHTERS.
In a collection called Sonic GEMS.
GEM?! Nuh uh! No!

Yeah, no. No, you know what I'd buy from Sonic Team?
Tails' Adventure 2. For the DS and/or PSP. That, I would buy.
I just don't know the reason why would they make a SD Gundam G Gen game for the wii?

Agreed up until this point.
See, they're already making you, "earn your speed", and they're doing it through inane Gimmicks and those god-forsaken Boost Rings.
On top of that, enemies now have health bars. Sonic Unleashed did a little bit to alleviate this during the day stages, but that benefit was equally destroyed by the blur effect of the Dash Boost and the poor camera angle, not to mention floaty jump physics.
And as far as "earning your speed", yeah, okay, I will grant you that memorizing the stage layouts of the S3&K and Sonic CD stages is the reason why I (or any other gamer, for that matter) can get through stages in record times. I'll grant you that.
But at the same time, even the beginner players got to feel that speed by way of stage design, especially in Sonic 2 where Emerald Hill and Chemical Plant Zone had loop-de-loops that made your jaw drop, skill level regardless. In fact, there was more skill and reward in how you landed after those segments than in actually obtaining the speed.
My game will ship out any day now. ^^

Sonic Adventure 1 was a good start for Sonic, although it'll be harder for it to make the transition to 3D simply because it is faster-paced. The good news is, though, that even the "fast" segments of the Genesis games were, in their own ways, "on rails" like Sonic Adventure would occasionally force the player into (see: Windy Valley). Look back at Chemical Plant, Stardust Speedway, Hydrocity, even Emerald Hill; you could go VERY fast, but you had relatively little control at that point. So what the 3D Sonic games need to do is still have that speed, but give up the control and make the settings eye-catch more. Then, put the control back in the player's hands for the platforming segments (save for its glitches, see: Final Egg).
ain't sequence breaking fun?
presonally, i think meeting Sheik as a child is funnier.
