As far as the story goes, I'd assume it's a crossover (we got that hint about the Starforce denizens trying out time-travel and what not).

For a sidequest/post-game scenario maybe, but it should still have EXE1's story. It wouldn't be a remake if it didn't.

Tho I found that if you get the Rouge Noise Change and build a pure sword deck that you'll never have too much of a hard time ever again.

Only in single player though, the lack of LP can be your doom in multi.

Libra just plain sucks

By itself, yeah. However, merge it and it can be quite good.
