That's Zangief Roll btw.

Let me see if I understand what this picture means. The Roll in TvC is actually Zangief who disguised himself as Roll to be in TvC, and then Light did the same with Rock, but he never predicted the one Capcom would use would be the one from MANY years in the future and couldn't full anyone even with that Shoryuken. Am I correct? 8D

Do the same to Crimson Dragon Sigma. Finalize is only as overpowered as the noise level though, if you just use it as soon as you reach 200 it's not that good, specially in the case of BA vs Rogue.
