Arcade version has been out for a while, Relius is all there is for new characters. If the console version was getting any exclusive characters (doubtful) I'm sure they would've said so already.

Nope, he's the only new character. Unless you never bought the other 3, then it's 4 new characters. At least it's not full price.

Only new things that I know of so far
-Relius
-Story mode for DLC chars + Relius + the 2 extra ones from CS2 Portable
-"Redone" CT story mode
-That Unlimitedmars thing from the trailer
-Abyss mode for the ones that didn't get CS2 Portable
-Team Battle

Oh, and there's this God of Fear thing which makes everyone lose all hope and feel that the whole world's about to end and there's nothing they can do about it, so they just run away. The whole thing was pretty meaningless and they killed off BuckyCap.

Oh, I know that much, I've skimmed it at times at the comic book shop...wait wat, they called BuckyCap? *sigh* -___-
