There's a Halloween contest over at Telltale Games, so I started drawing something for it. There is absolutely no chance at all for me to win anything with my talent alone, no matter what you think of me that is a fact, so I tried something that would hopefully get me some points with the judges besides the art. Opinions would be welcomed, it doesn't matter if you know the characters or not.

A sketch for what I'm planning to submit to the Telltale Game's Sort-of-Halloween contest. This one was made to plan out how I'll do the actual submission, so it's not necesarily how it'll look in the end but it should be close. Also, yes, the first panel is supposed to be just like the Batman TAS intro.

For the ones that can't read the text for some reason:

Panel 2:
-Hey, just what is going on here?!

Panel 3:
-When we agreed to be Batman and Robin this year I expected you to be Robin, not Batman.
-Why would I be Robin? You're the sidekick.
-What?! I'm no sidekick!

Panel 4
-Well, why is my head on the S&M signal then?

Panel 6
-I need to have a "chat" with the comissioner about this...

I got the idea while watching Hit the Road's opening >.>

Yep, game SO needs a remake/re-release so that I can actually own it, but since it belongs to Lucasarts and they don't have the Sam and Max license anymore (thankfully though) I don't really see it happening =(

The MvC2 artwork means absolutely nothing, hell, this isn't the first time people confuse the PSN/XBLA release artwork as some sort of confirmation for this game.

Unlike most people, I actually like all 4 new reveals (well, it would've been better if Spencer had his classic look though). Also, seeing the hate EXE got when it was mentioned just makes me want him in even more so that I can taste the haters' bitter tears

I like this guy already.

Well, since people seem to like my Save the World icon and Telltale's Jake posted the badge template actually used for the games I thought "why not do one for Hit the Road too?" so I did that. I needed an icon for Hit the Road anyways

I'll probably redo the StW icon during the week too.

Honestly, doing these icons is pretty easy, but there's something about it that I find quite fun (not to mention my folders end up looking awesome in the end). Also, they're surprisingly kinda popular being my most fav'd works on DA

Weird, for some reason Firefox can't enter the forum. It gets to the main page without problem but when I click a link to the forum it doesn't even try to load it. *sigh* I really don't want to use IE but don't really have much of a choice right now.

An idea I had for a character after reading the description of an RP on a forum (Ares & Alma's).

-As you can probably tell by the title, his name is Lance.
-He's supposed to have some wolf-like characteristics, which would be fangs, wolf like ears which I'm not quite sure I drew properly, claws, and a tail.
-He fights with either his claws or a sword like the one on the bottom.
-He wears gloves, a collar, white pants, and a black sleeveless shirt (ignore the cross, I would've erased it but it would've dirtied the pic a lot), except for when he's in battle, then he'd be using a normal looking armor.
-His hair is light blue with some black on it.

Did this during class. It's not the first time I draw humanized Sam and Max, but it IS the first they don't make me want to kill them with fire >.> Yes, Max is wearing bunny slippers ^__^

For some reason when I scanned it the left part got much darker, so I cleaned it up a bit with GIMP, that's why some lines got kinda erased. If Max not standing straight looks weird to you it is because when I drew it he was standing straight >.>

What can I say, I liked that other picture so much that I decided to redo it by hand (instead of drawing it with my laptop's touchpad again) with more effort while adding more to it.

This is supposed to be like the page of a photo album. In the first pic it's kid Sam catching a disc again. In the other one he's at the beach swimming with Max when a small accident happens :laughing: Originally Max was stealing the swimsuit but I couldn't get it to look right, an alternate idea was that same thing with the two of them running along the shore instead of swimming but I couldn't get that to look right either.

Yes, I know the red slide sucks, and still looking for opinions/criticism on the other pic, mostly about shading.

Ive heard British people call it the same way we do, but with an accent.... Didnt know there was another way to pronounce it. Simone is usually considered a Girl's name. Hell, i knew a girl named Simone.

Well, Simon is also not supposed to be pronouced the american way

Are there details yet? I've read stuff about the strategy guide and the last boss sounds awesome.

Someone else already made an icon for Beyond Time and Space with the art for the DVD cover, and there already exists a similar one for The Devil's Playhouse too. Oddly, unless I missed it there wasn't an icon with the DVD art for Save the World yet, so I fixed that myself to have a full set of icons with Purcell's art.
