Played with nunchucks some more.  Then, tried my hand at a three-section staff.  Yeah, I am not looking cool until I know what I'm doing.  While playing with that, I'm just swinging around what amounts to a giant salami.

Looks like the Pokerus is wearing off...

Someone should make hardware so you can turn some Wii Remotes into a 3 section staff and use Wii Nunchucks as...nunchaku.

I'm curious what form of communication was used to exchange a 12-digit code that could not possibly have been used to arrange a meeting place in and of itself.

Fake Hello Kitty ads with a QR code?

Nintendo doesn't have an online tax where I live, so yeah. I know it's a common method for some people to input a zip code that doesn't have online taxes to avoid those, so I guess that's an option if you want to go there.

I think it's according to if it's legal to tax you in the State you live, which is weird, because those laws are so the State you live in gets money, not someone else.

I'm used to it for the most part too.

For purchases made in physical stores.

Online, nope. Just with Nintendo and now not even with them because I'm not paying tax on Nintendo's Online stuff when I don't have to with Sony. Fixed that [parasitic bomb] as soon as I was able to, taxing on non-tangible digital items is bullshit anyway.

It's less concerning that the item is intangible and more concerning that you're paying for a company in another State or Country to get Tax support. Taxes are supposed to help government provide civil services, and when you pay for Taxes to a "foreign" entity, you're basically donating to another State or Country's budget.

Classic Nintendo Internet Incompetence.

They probably just don't want to spend the money to localise it in your region and don't think enough people would buy it.
That or they ran out of licences to sell. Which may seem silly since they own the rights, wholly, but it's possible?

If you mean something like using your imagination to place yourself in a world of fantasy... then yes, I agree. [parasitic bomb]'s cool.

If you mean something like "playing video games" then... EHHHHHH.

Stop liking what I don't like.

PS: DD-WRT sounds cool but that [parasitic bomb] is way to complicated and the "guide" just tells you you have to read over 9000 pages of text before you even think about trying it and tells you that anything can happen. I later find out someone has the same issue as me and it's something that isn't mentioned in any texts. I think I'll just return the router.

PPS: Avoid the Netgear WNR2000. It has no option for only N or only G. All the options are "user friendly".

Nintendo should allow adults to use Swapnote. As an adult it's my right to send pictures of [ray splasher]sto children.

Sorry, I'm being scattered-brained here. And I think my parents just found some rats; I heard some squeeking by the stairs.

Is "Finding Rats" some sort of euphemism for having sex?

To be honest... Not really.

Taped some leftover glowsticks to the ceiling fan.  Turned it on and was treated to spinning awesome.  My niece and nephews were thrilled, my sister-in-law and half-brother thought it was pretty cool, especially once I started beatboxing a driving baseline.

I'm such a dork.

Try it with some Anaglyphic 3D glasses. Heck, doing anything with those is freaky.

PS: Don't wear them for extended periods outside.

PPS: Playing 16-32 bit era games with them is fun.

That bathtub does not look safe.

Considering what your bathtub is probably made of? The material used for a clear tub is probably makes yours look like a death-trap.

PS: If you have a stainless steel or Marble/Granite Bathtub. I'm jealous.

I have a backup of the RAW hex data, but Windows says it's corrupted, and one of my PS2s shows much of the files missing.
Anybody know of a program to recover the files?
