Apearently, the correctest ratio I can get is setting the emulator to stretch it to 1182x1024(based on my monitor res of 1280x1024).

It was not by my hand that SotN's title screen was made 512x240 and displayed at 320x240.
It was done that way by HUMANS who wished to have a higher resolution title screen.
Higher resolution? You display it at 320x240 anyway?
The same could be said of alot of PSX game title and menu screens.
Mankind ill needs your meaningless weird ratio'd title screen graphics.
What is a Man? A miserable little pile of emulators and modchips!?
But enough talk! Have at you!
