I usually browse DeviantART for references, then mix a few things here and there.

Well thanks for the compliment, but I don't think my pencil shading is very well refined, it's all self taught, aside from when I was like 6 or 7 and learned how to "Draw 3d" by watching Mark Kistler's programs on T.V.
As for colouring, it's also self taught, and requires some improvements, most definitely.

I don't have any recent pictures of myself.
I could dig up some 2007 stuff from a meetup I was in, but I have terrible facial hair in that one, cause my razor wouldn't shave anymore and I was left with a terrible goatee, which made me look like a villain, a very geeky, skinny, unhealthy looking villain.
So all in all, a pretty convincing villain if you ask me.
EDIT : I'll go dig it up and post it if I can get PB to say.

Oh and I finally started Mega Man ZX last night.
It's better when it's not emulated, but I have button timing issues, response for double tap dashing is TERRIBLE.
