I know all about self-diagnosis. What I'm talking about is when THEY HAVE NO SYMPTOMS OF THE DISEASE THEY CLAIM TO HAVE AND THUS CAN'T POSSIBLY HAVE WHAT THEY THINK THEY HAVE AND IF THEY DO HAVE SOMETHING IT'S SOMETHING ELSE NOT JUST WHAT SOUNDS COOL AND/OR COULD GET YOU THE MOST SYMPATHY!

Okay, never mind that.
I guess even with pathological diseases, there are still some things within one's control. Fortunately, I have all those (somewhat) in check.
Ahem... I said especially when they don't have said disease. I also hate it when they milk diseases they do have for all they're worth. OH THIS IS BECAUSE I HAVE THIS AND I DIDN'T DO THIS BECAUSE OF THIS AND blah blah blah.
Even worse when the two are combined. Then those people need to be shot in the face.
