Actually, Famitsu will show an expanded version of what Jump did, and Jump is the magazine that scan is from. Which means we'll get more on Prankster's Paradise (as the world seems to be called) and Les Cites des Cloches (as evidenced by the character in the corner).

I don't think it's gonna pass, honestly. Considering the 52-46 vote to kill a similar bill last night, there's no way the Senate could get the 2/3 majority to overturn a veto. Which Obama will do if the bill gets to him.
The Republicans' stupidity has done wonders for his campaign; he's not gonna throw that away by letting this pass. Something he's vowed to do already.
