I don't know why some folks here have to smash down people's self esteem, nor do I see why new members have to be chased off like RPM is some exclusive clique...
Hell, I know for a fact that lack of activity could at least be partially attributed to lack of new members posting because they get chased off (or in some cases, chase themselves off).
