Taylor noticed that no one had heard her gasp, but she still remained still as she surveyed the area. Glass broken, trees warped... A large blast of some sort of energy happened here, and it must have come from a powerful Pokémon... The one asleep against the building seemed a likely culprit, and the fact that it was resting meant that it must have ran out of energy somehow. Regardless of what happened, Taylor was just astonished that one Pokémon could do this much damage. Her Pokémon were equally shocked, but still they persevered. Steve, the Honedge at her side, shuddered eerily. Darunia the Pancham stomped around, obviously looking for a fight. Bobert the Froakie just ribbited quietly, calmly watching everyone. And her little Litleo Kovu, he stood proudly, ready to follow Taylor wherever she may go. She grinned at this, and resumed looking at the surrounding area.

"What do you think, Kovu? Should we approach these folks?" Taylor asked her Litleo. The little lion looked in the air as if he were thinking hard about it, then nodded his head happily to indicate they should. "I see, I see... Now should y'all hide in yer PokéBalls when we approach them, or should we just have y'all stroll up beside me?" The Pokémon all shook their heads, obviously not wanting to be cooped up at all. It wasn't that they didn't like it, as Taylor knew. They just were enjoying the weather outside. "Well okay then," she said, "let's go!" The group headed around the corner of the building they were peeking around and noticed the full extent of the damage. Surprised, Taylor gasped loudly, astonished at what had happened.

Taylor and company walked through the city and were taken completely by surprise by what sounded like glass shattering. Instinctively, the group ducked down, prepared for anything. From her prone position, Taylor scanned the area, trying to see where the sound came from. Quietly, she motioned for her team to carefully follow her to the source of the sound. Warily, they maneuvered around buildings and made their way to the Pokemon Center to see what was happening. They saw a man crumpled against a tree, and a large Pokemon resting beside the building. A girl ran up to the man, obviously concerned for his well-being.

"Hmm... interesting..." Taylor mused quietly.
