Hungry Hungry Hippos, and "Hilda" seemed like a good name for a Hippopotas.

Added you, Sapph.

And Mabel demands I worship at the Altar of Mabel, so the game's off for the night.
I thought so. As it turns out, there's a (fake) story about a circus dwarf who, in the middle of an act, fell into the mouth of a hippo. The hippo's gag reflex forced it to swallow the dwarf, killing them. That hippo's name was Hilda.

Didn't think it was cause of that, but it makes the name somewhat funnier.

"HOLD IT! Regarding your earlier claim that your client's actions were for the good of the planet, how many people have done what they did claiming it was for just that? Team Aqua and Team Magma in Hoenn claimed their actions were to help Pokemon, but instead they almost destroyed the entire ecosystem of an entire region. Unova's Team Plasma tried to separate Trainers from their Pokemon claiming it was for the happiness of the Pokemon, but in reality its leader Ghetsis was having their members steal Pokemon, forcibly severing the bond between Trainer and Pokemon. His ultimate reason for it was so he'd be the only one with Pokemon while others would not, allowing him to rule the world unimpeded. Even worse, he manipulated his own son for these goals... Many times in the past, there are those who have claimed that their goals were for the good of the world, when in reality their goals were purely to serve their own dark desires!

If Mewtwo was truly evil, truly dangerous and unstoppable, a murderous beast with no regard for life... He wouldn't have calmly answered those questions. He wouldn't be sitting in the audience, letting the wardens keep him contained. He'd have already killed us all, and yet... he hasn't... Strange for someone your client claims needs to be stopped. In addition, your client hardly holds the authority to take one life thinking it will save more; the death penalty may only be chosen as punishment by the courts, not by civilians.

As for the claim that Giovanni administered those steroids without knowing what they did, the evidence has already shown that the facts are quite the contrary. As Miss Domino stated earlier, he knew the side effects. He knew what the steroids did, and he determined the dosage. The claim you have just made has already been refuted by evidence that was already presented!" Phoenix stated.

(GAH! Y'all ninja'd my awesome response!)

So I'm going to evolve my Fletchling because its evolved form has Flame Body so hatching eggs will be easier.
I managed to catch a Slugma with Flame Body. :D

For the Botique in Lumiose you simply have to do different things around town - work part time at the hotel, battle at the Battle Institute, take a tour of the museum with the audio guide, have Alexa at the Lumiose Press show you around time, etc. Basically you just do everything around town.

It also opens up other things like new hairstyles, discounts at the shops and so on.

As for the lost hotel guy you need to learn all the roller skate tricks from the people around Lumiose, there's 4 in total. It's not really a big deal though as the punk at the hotel just teaches you a fifth and final roller skating trick.

tl;dr Style =/= Fashion/Appearance
yep. it's nothing against anyone's trainers, it's just that you haven't met the proper requirements for those things yet.

You can see their names, but aside from that it's more like they hang out, chat amongst themselves, then leave a gift.

NCL is aware of the bug.

Do not save in the blue areas.

Also apparently they'll try to prep a fix ASAP.

My entire team is currently at 5 hearts. I made sure of that before challenging the Elite 4, just to maximize the benefits.

Also, be careful when petting your Pokemon. You might accidentally punch them in the face or something.

Then again, some Pokemon don't seem to mind. I once punched Sharptooth the Tyrantrum in the face three times in a row on accident, but he didn't seem too angry about it. I think he knew it wasn't on purpose lol

And how many hearts in affection do they have, PB? 3 hearts or more means more experience.

Also if you prevented them from evolving when they reached the proper level, they'll also get boosted experience (until you let them evolve)

Yeah a friend had the same problem. Figured that might be it.

As for petting, you can tell if you've hit the right spot if their mouth opens a little bit in happiness. Just like when you rub a dog's belly.

There's two things I can think of.

Are you holding them in front of him and keeping it held there (if you just let it drop any Pokemon gets furious)

And if he's full he'll turn his head away because he literally can't eat anymore.

Does he turn his head away when you try to feed him?

If so you need to wait a bit for him to get hungry (or play a minigame).
