I'm gonna have to go with X2's Silk Shot, purely because of the few areas in the game that give you massive amounts of items when you max charge it. Granted, you need to get the Arm Upgrade first, but it's worth it. One of the easiest games to refill your Sub Tanks in.

I BEAT MEGA MAN 2 (NES)... WITH A DANCE PAD.

This was my third try at doing Dr. Wily's Fortress, done all in one take. No cheat codes, no save states, etc.
