Personally, I think it's a tie between Peach and Weegee. Indeed, Peach's flying ability is strategic when it comes to certain areas, but jump height can net you many things you wouldn't normally be able to get, not to mention that his floaty jump was nearly as useful as Peach's flight.

I loved the game. Still love it.
I used to use Luigi for most of the stages; but for the digging stages I always picked Toad (fastest digging speed) and the Princess for the ice levels (flying is a lifesaver when you're positioning yourself while walking over a slippery surface).
Random curious fact: even though I owned it since 1991, I only finished the game when I bought my SNES in 96, in the Super Mario All Stars bundled cart.

Sonic says, "That's no good!"More than half the stuff that happens in the Arcueid route (which is the route used) isn't even mentioned. See what we mean?
If you want, I can link you to a complete transcript of the route, probably even including the bad ends.

My day has been pretty fulfilling.
-I woke up rather early today without the usual feeling of drowsiness.
-I got to the moonspeak academy early, and actually managed to do some chatting, learning, studying and small talk with my friends.
-Afterward, I went to eat sushi with some (hopefully future) business partners. (Still have stomach pain from that... I shouldn't have had so much.)
-Discussed a new business proposal. Apparently the deal is going through.
-Got to see and play some Metal Gear Online. Got my ass royally handed to me on a [parasitic bomb]-brown plate.
-Got home to find out that I was finally able to score a nice FREE domain to use with my friend-provided hosting. It should be active by tuesday, if my calculations are correct, and you'll be staring at the in-construction splash page of my new site, The Seven Nights (www.nanatsuyoru.co.cc).
It's been a rather eventful day for me.

« on: February 01, 2009, 04:46:43 AM »it's not that good. it never really gets anywhere quick enough. rising action was very little. the transition from establishing the setting to the climax is sudden and unfulfilling. that works for comedy, but not here. a lot of characters aren't that interesting either. i doubt my opinion will change with the two episodes remaining.There you go. For a random, easy example, the fight with Nrvnqsr Chaos is reduced to Shiki mauling one or two measly dogs (I'm looking at you, Akamaru), while in the original novel he had to deal with dogs, deer, sharks, and, if memory serves, even a freaking elephant.
Plus, the Akiha and Hisui routes kick all kinds of ass nine ways through September.
