Skip Beat!...All three are basically retellings of one another. Cosprayers is the actual series being filmed (quite crappy, but enjoyable the first time, and the first time alone); Smash Hit! is the story from the point of view of the series producer, and Love Love! is the story from the point of view of the series actresses and their relationship to the series writer and promo cameraboy.
Ahem, finally started watching my backlogged animes...
First up, Smash Hit!, an anime about the making of another anime, in this case, the making of Cosprayers (I watched this already).
Being made by the same company (M.O.E), Smash Hit! is a lot better to watch than Cosprayers, imo.
Next up, Love Love, an alternate setting of Smash Hit!.

Finished Gundam SEED Destiny. 8/10. Shitty ending.8/10? Too high. Most I'd give it is 7, and that's being overly generous.
