NieR
An acquaintance would not stop going on about it. It became something of a running gag between me and him with my refusal to give the game a try. One day I sank and rented the game for something to play on my PS3 which had maybe 2 other games at the time. Dug it a lot more than I would've though despite all the many hindrances and repetition. I think the soundtrack really helped to sell it for me. Also the story that just throws all RPG conventions out the window in what one may expect for a resolution. Well, provided the player goes through the 2nd half enough times to unlocked the extra 3 endings.

Sonic Colours and Unleashed to some extent. Heard nothing but good things about Colours so I gave it a whirl with little to no expectations, the last Sonic game I played before it I think was Rush Adventure. Had a real good time. At some point I also rented Unleashed. I think it was the exact same time as NieR because of some 2-for-1 deal the local store had. The daytimes stages I had minimal issues with. The werehog stages were tedious but nothing to utterly turn me off. Might've been playing a bit of God of War at the time so that helped.

Aaand Borderlands 2. It was a gift so I only felt obligated to play some of it at first. Got real into things about 2 hours in. So many goddamn hours I've lost to it now. ;;

Once traversed the Seven Seas of Rhye during another typical night of sleepwalking. Upon waking up the next morning he found a mermaid sleeping on a beanbag chair next to his bed. Specifically the kind with a fish torso and human legs.

cow and pig is master race. fowl is also good. fish and the like I really don't care for. some of the breaded stuff I'll tolerate but I'd take the other two any day.

like just today we were to be eating some fish but the power sorta kicked out while it was in the stove. So we went out to a local Harvey's that still had power. I was so relieved.

my immune system is lousy and subjects me to frequent colds as early as the end of August. However it is because of my fairly regularly colds when young that I believe made me develop habits of excessive hand washing and the like. In turn, all the hand washing only helps to worsen my immunity due to lack of frequent contact with any sort of germs. I am at an impasse unless I manage to get over my mild mysophobia.

I need to stop listening to this song.  Most music works like a focusing tool for me.  This song, and all its other versions, on the other hand...
music is very subjective for whether or not it helps me focus. Usually it just makes matters worse though

Punched 43 people in the abdomen at a local Wal-Mart upon the dreadful discovery that all her 5% off coupons expired 4 days prior. The case was taken to court and settled with a fine of $15 and 3 bags of Chex Mix or something of equivalent value.

Is in possession of an empty pickle jar that was crudely labeled "The essence of 1967's rebellious youth". It previously belonged to an old homeless man that sold it for a free breakfast meal at Tim Horton's. It found its way across various provinces and eventually used by a low-class conman as a piggybank. It was left behind when he got evicted from his flat and sold off at a local auction for the bid price of 62 cents.

I'd force myself to get back into it if I didn't have so many other things to play that interest me much more honestly. Maybe some day I will care to try. Also while I imagine sequence breaking would take some practice in the first place, I only have the Trilogy version which fixed a lot of that anyways.

Once screamed at a fence post for a continuous 72 hour period because it was 3 degrees off centre. After that tactic failed she tried holding a lit match 5" inches away from the post in an effort to scare it further. After another 36 hours and having gone through at least 5 full packs of matches, she gave up and called in a Professional Post Aligner

I think the only thing I truly consider better on PS3 is the sound it makes when trophies are unlocked. Otherwise I don't really care one way or the other. Between 360 and PS3 in particular, they're incredibly similar to me and I won't judge anyone for their own preference on the matter. Just go with whatever best suits you and all that.

But really, I think we all just need to set aside our differences and worship the obvious superiority of the Dreamcast master race.
