Still haven't got this game, on account of too many good games lately. Should I? The demo made it seem too God of War-ish, and God knows how tired I am of that game.

I actually saw that episode, and it was hackneyed and a really bad first impression.Want a good first impression?
............................I stand corrected. But where's the six-pack?
Nintendo's been pretty good about worldwide network connections...seriously? That might be the one thing I'd point out that the company's VERY lacking and behind others.
Speak for yourself. I was raised in a conservative household with Jehovah's Witnesses.Heheheh. Overcensoring religion. Makes me want to watch Cinema Paradiso again.
Of course, I don't think it was necessarily for either better or worse, but my parents haven't buged too much from the mindset. They still turn the channel when people are kissing on TV, when either I or Dex are around.
Ah, sorry. I (wrongly) inferred that you stopped reading it. So what do you think of the current storyline then?So far? The nerd using Foursquare to destroy the world reeks of Marvel, but I'll have to read more to make an opinion.
Which one was that again? I haven't had the time to watch B&B.

The only franchise I could potentially see lasting forever is Pokemon.Mario will still be around long after Pokémon is dead and buried.
Somehow I feel that shooters, like the hip-hop subculture, will never die. Not that I'm hating on shooters in general or anything, just saying that they'll probably be here to stay for very long.Shooters (I'm assuming you mean FPS games, and maybe some of those TPS cover-based ones that are so popular right now) are good. They're a decent, solid genre, which is very good and flexible, meaning pretty much any action game can turn into one. But don't bet on tham lasting forever. I mean... that's what we thought about the 2D platforming genre, right? Back when every single game was a platformer.
But why are little kids playing them? They are for MATURE PLAYERS ONLY. [tornado fang]ing irresponsible parents. They have no regard for entertainment software ratings. Either that, or they have their backs turned way too often.
Sorry for the rant on parenting. I'll STFU now. Good day.
Well, you'll be pleased to know Damian appears in the latest Supergirl them.I know, I follow Supergirl.
One good thing about the latest JMS Superman issue is that it brought back the Superman Squad from DC One Million.
All that's missing now is Godzilla rising from Tokyo Bay.If it's the good Godzilla who defends Japan, I'm hoping.
Also, being a "hopeless and obcessed fan" usually means you don't, and won't ever, see anything wrong with anything...Just sayin'. Hm.Nope. =P I mean, look at me. I always spew flames around everything because I find flaws in everything whatsoever. But I'm a big fan of the original Tron (dispite thinking it hasn't aged well). I just don't see what's wrong with Legacy, really.
If only Superman was written as well as Batman right now...That's honestly because JMS sucks right now. But he's quit monthly comics, so he'll be out right after the Superman and Wonder Woman arcs.
Granted, Action Comics with Paul Cornell is crazy awesome, but it features Lex Luthor right now. Superboy as well but has a horrible artist holding it back. Supergirl... I'm in "wait and see" mode right now.

Hm, interesting recommendation. I'm not really familiar with DOA, but it looks pretty and has Ridley raking the walls with my enemy's face, so I had intended to pick it up.DOA (at least the first 3) are games in which it's quite easy to get ahold of a character's combos, because they work like a regular single player game's gameplay, ala Devil May Cry or Ninja Gaiden. It's kind of a faster-paced Tekken, in which you can combine big combos and keep jabbing. They're based on logic rather than learning combinations. It's the best fighter for any beginner, because you have fun no matter what. Not only that, it's really fun to throw players into the interactive sceneries.
That was, however, when I thought it'd be a launch title. These days I'm leaning towards Pilotwings and SSF4 to kick things off, and not being much of a fan of traditional fighters, it's a tough question as to whether or not I really want both SSF4 and DOA.
I've mastered both control schemes!Yeah, but it's like playing an FPS with a mouse, then going to play it with a right analog stick.
