That's my first time hearing Portuguese being spoken!
Anyway, that was amusing, though, like you said, all the humor probably was lost in translation.
It's Brazillian Portuguese. Different kind of speech. Regular portuguese sounds more formal, while Brazillian sounds like it's being sang or rhymed while it's spoken. (I'm gonna put some spoilers in my examples, as they have nasty words I may use often in other replies, but they kinda sound nasty said all at once)

That's what I was saying. Gameplay-wise. I like a good challenge in my boss fights. ^^;;

And nowadays, I only play on the hardest difficulty on every game, because that's more fun.
Difficulties are a tough thing to measure in terms of actual fun. This is my usual scale:

Stealth games: Hard mode all the way. It's always cooler when you play in actual stealth instead of having dumb enemies. But having super-hearing is also lame, so as long as it's got a decent difficulty.
Hack and Slashers: Hard mode, [tornado fang] yeah. Contrary to popular belief, the computer never "cheats". The reaction time changes. But I do hate it when all the enemies have is a bigger health bar, while I've got a smaller one (like in God of War games).
FPS games: Hell yeah, Hard mode. Enemies that make use of the environment and move like motherfuckers. But no ten headshots to kill bullshit, please.
RPG: As long as it's strategy-based, yes, hard mode all the way. But more often than not, Hard Mode means "GRIND SUM MOAR HUNDRED TIMEZES". So that's bullshit.

The Organization characters themselves aren't interesting by any means. However, fighting them is a lot more fun than the Disney villains. Square put a little more effort in making their fights more fast-paced and varied, be it Larxene's rapid movement and constant spamming of Thundaga, Marluxia's Doom Counter, Xigbar's laser shots and sniper rifle (headshot should have been instant kill) or even Luxord's gambling-based moves.

This is even more obvious in Final Mix's refights of all of them where they're injected with steroids and come at you with all their ferocity... and even more so when done in Critical Mode, like Vixy demonstrates.

Forenote: most of their names I had to look up because I only remember them by their attack styles.
Gameplay-wise, sure. But they don't many any sense in any other way.

@thread, how many Batmans, Robins and other heroes who share the name of the current ones are there?
Ooooh, that's a good question. Lemme get this one, guys. Typing as of now.

Batmans:

- Bruce Wayne, main batman
- Batman Jones (DON'T ASK. JUST DON'T)
- Jean-Paul Valley for awhile in the 90's, while Bruce was in a wheelchair and away (after Bane broke his back)
- A few fake Batmen in the current Morrison run, which were either crazed people or Jason Todd in the Cowl War
- Dick Grayson as the current Batman

(there are also TONS upon TONS of other Batmen, as well as other heroes' versions in Elseworlds and that kind of stuff. I won't mention those)

Robins:

- Dick Grayson, original Robin, then Nightwing, now current Batman
- Jason Todd as second Robin, now current Red Hood
- Tim Drake, the Robin most people know, currently Red Robin
- Stephanie Brown, short-timed Robin and known as the girl who was killed by a villain with a power drill, used as the object of disgust of women comic lovers everywhere towards DC, as they didn't even grace her with a costume case like they had with Jason Todd (www.girl-wonder-org for more info), came back and replaced the loveable Cassandra Cain, best Batgirl ever, with a dumb blonde who suddenly has her own ongoing series...
- Damian Wayne, son of Bruce Wayne and current Robin.

As for the other heroes, well...

Green Lantern: Alan Scott, Hal Jordan, Guy Gardner, John Stewart, Kyle Rayner, Jade and a thousand other alien dudes
Flash: Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West, Bart Allen (last two were Kid Flashes as well)
Atom: Al Pratt, Ray Palmer, Adam Cray, Ryan Choi
Superman: Just four fake dudes in the Reign of the Supermen event, after he died
Green Arrow: Ollie and Conner, few people care =P
Blue Beetle: Dan Garret, Ted Kord, Jaime Reyes

And there's TONS more. From Marvel, too. But these are pretty much the most important. Oh, and pretty much all of them, no matter how they died, they come back sooner or later.

Anyone here following the JLI revival? The new issue's pretty damn good. And Max, although a magnificent bastard, doesn't seem to be EVIL at the moment, just back to his old self. I kinda wish Ted would show up. ;_;

Amazing how varied are the fizzy drinks you guys have available. Over here, all we got are:

- Coke
- Pepsi
- Fanta
- 7-Up
- Sprite (not common).

...aaaaaand that's it. And no, we only got the three varieties of Coke (regular, Light and Zero), two of Pepsi (regular and Light) and the normal Fanta flavors. Does Red Bull count? We got one of those.

Not an addiction here, more of a necessity due to work. Online games and MMOs bore me. I actually TRIED to get addicted once, but had no head for it. Reading a book while lying in the sun at the park requires less effort.

"Digimon Cross Wars doesn't look like they have digivolutions."
It doesn't look like it has anything at all. They pretty much showed all it'll evolve in the first episode, and now all we have to look forward to, is three kids running around with their beasties, making more combinations, and fighting bad guys. Why they continuously limit themselves to three kids is beyond me.

Just as well, people who don't realize that opinions are opinions and not really fact; good and bad are subjective as opposed to facts, exists.
Haha. Opinions.
G'night.
Opinions? It's just plain [tornado fang]ing stupid narrative turns in a story that used to be about a kid going on a big adventure, then went fuckup, and now it's pandering to emo yaoi lovers. I've crossed and recrossed the validity of the Organization as villains over and over, as well as what they've done that doesn't justify them being villains AT ALL. Their speeches make as much sense as saying "darkness darkness darkness" indefinetly, which was find in KH1 as the ranting of a single madman, but it's just plain stupid as a bunch of emo dweebs who wouldn't know evil if it slapped them in the face.

Heck, I'd make the same speech I've been doing in this topic for a long time. And I've got no time to remake it all over again.

I think to a lesser degree ZX/Advent can fit into that as well.

Here's the problem:  Games are not Pokemon species.  The "unevolved" formula still works.  Mario simultaneously walks both, in SEPARATE TITLES, so each can focus where they will.  MegaMan, when it tries something new, often tries to cram it into the same title as the existing formula, and the merger can go haywire.  X7 is most infamous, what with auto-lock and paper-thin projectiles.  X5 created some of the most ass-backwards ranking and item layouts I have ever seen; with X6 correcting most of it.  ZX took established gameplay, and actually improved it substantially, but also tried to lengthen it with fetch-quests.  And Advent, for some God-forsaken reason, tried to build those fetch-quests, not to mention has virtually every useful chip only available by date-farking your system after you already defeated the game.
...and you still can't [tornado fang]ing shoot up.

About the only thing I agree with is the disdain for the large influx of hoggays.

KH1 was the least interesting of the three I played so far, albeit a great game in it's own right.

Yep. I don't care for the disney stuff to be honest. I enjoyed fighting the Orgy guys more than ANY of the Disney guys. So honestly, the first parts of the game are less interesting. It doesn't get really interesting till the latter half and especially the end of the game. Just how I feel, BRO.

So, I'll continue to support the "slaughter" of what you like about the series. 8D

Also, can't wait to play BBS. Hurry up American slaves. Translate that [parasitic bomb].
Well, people with bad taste have to exist. Takes all kinds to make the world what it is. What I'll say in Nomura's defense, the gameplay has evolved quite a bit from iteration to iteration. If we forget the monstrosity which was the DS title.

So THAT'S why you keep talking about games needing to "evolve," you jus want to see the complaints and reactions of the fans ^^;
I also like to see franchises themselves evolve along with them. In my opinion, for example, the Metal Gear Solid franchise is one of the biggest successes in gaming evolution, because each game has a completely different gameplay from the last, while still keeping with the same elements, and always improving upon the last.

...but yeah, I love to [tornado fang] with people and see them bickering over things. It's the rage fuel that drives my pleasure. I'm one sick man.

You know what's bothering me about the movie now that I've watched it again? How easily Jason was able to rip off Bruce's mask. I mean, that thing is supposed to have various anti-removal gadgets built into it like gas and electroshockers and stuff, yet Jason does it like it's nothing. Also, why's that mask separate from the cape when we see it hanging from the cape several times in the movie?
Jason knew about Bruce's mask's protections. He fought Bruce alot before he finally pulled it off. He must've broken those protections somehow, since he pretty much planned the entire thing by itself. A detail like that shouldn't escape him.
