Well shame on me for not catching it until now. I don't have much tolerance for that kinda thing. If I see any more of it, I will take action.
They're harmless internet arguments. But if you feel the need to punish me for any kind of shenanigans, do so. I got no problem with it.

There was no such thing over here that I am aware of.
I was making a joke as to people saying Zero looks like a girl, and making him such in quite a bit of fanart.

No. Zero was correctly identified as male in all following titles.
...and as female in all following fanart. 8D

I musta missed that part. Sorry, Flash.

No need for the insults. Just because Shelly misunderstood what you said gives you no right to call him stupid, even if it's sandwiched with a compliment.
We've been exchanging insults for quite awhile. it's the way we say we love each other. =3

You didn't specify.

Metal Blade objects to that statement.
"The 8-bit games" =/= "8-bit games". We were being specific about 8-bit Megaman games.

Samus objects to that statement.
...it makes sense in the MEGAMAN 8-BIT GAMES. Which are the ones we've been talking about.

Seriously, sometimes you make really smart observations, and other times, you don't seem to have two brain cells to rub together.

Or he was wearing blackface.
They used the "explosion of something in front of your face" as an excuse to make characters do blackfaces as a joke back then.

I believe he's been told that, Kieran. His point is Mega Man games are stuck in the old school design where you only shoot forward.

And he's gotta get over that. You shoot in only one direction and you run left and right. If you can't live with that, don't play the game.
And I said several times, I AM over that. I do think it's stupid to throw evolution to the side like that, though. Not shooting up makes sense in the 8-bit games, and I still have fun playing those. But other than that, it just heavily limits the characters in every single other game. That "shooting up as a special ability" on a recent game proves it. Give this kind of game to anyone who isn't familiar with the games, and they'll think it's stupidly limiting.

And for the last time, I don't give a damn about realism, as long as something plays well.

Load up Snake Eater on custom tracks during that scene. It becomes hilariously awesome. The  main theme of MGS4 also works great with the 2 old geezers beating each other up.
The Snake Eater theme makes everything hilarious. Even its own James Bond parody intro.

Because Mr. Fatass and Tiny Crybaby didn't do so well from Frontier? I have noticed the numbers reducing from the start of 02. In 01, you have your standard bunch. They only added on top of it in 02. Then came Frontier (around 4 kids, but how it was handled with the gags is bleh), followed by Savers (By around that time, there were three), now Cross Wars.

Are they trying to save moneh by reducing to three kids? We have two teen anti-heroes with the usual crazy hair looming in the background, only to serve as watchdogs for.. someone. Plus those looming antagonists watching over MadLeomon.

By far once the teens join the heroes, it will be the standard 5 heroes again. :X
Confession: I've only liked the first season, and didn't really pay any serious attention to any other Digimon series since then. Honestly, the ideas I've seen so far that they introduced in each series pretty much dilute what the series was all about. First, it's fusing Digimon, then, it's reducing the group to three to four people. Then, it's people TURN into the Digimon, throwing the whole "friendship" thing from the series out the window. Now, aparently, it's "add a ton of Gurren Lagann influences about cocky dudes who do a ton of evolutions/fusions from the start, and make the digivices into Apple branded shaving machines.

Brooding teens with long hair and emo looks watching from nearby cliffs = dudes who will undoubtly be rivals/anti-heroes with own purposes/fight fodder who will join the heroes at certain points than retreat because it messes up their style to be part of the main group.

Seriously, anime gets so predictable in its narrative and clichés, they're pretty much doing a block puzzle by now. I got fond memories of the first Digimon show. Unlike the Pokémon anime, which I couldn't stand by that time, it was about kids who were actually in danger, who formed friendships with beasts so they could survive, and who travelled an epic world with charm and adventurish ways. By the end, they face the Apocalypse and win. End of everything. Nothing else required.

He's absolutely nothing like Neko.
Still have no idea who Neko is.

Other than that, I'm guessing that, from those other characters, Megaman will probably be using them as powerups or something. If that actually entails FIGHTING them as bosses, I'd certainly love to see that.

Megaman versus Strider. That'd be a fight to watch. I just wouldn't like it if half the roster ended up being Street Fighter characters.

I think they left it out purposedly. To leave either an open ending easy enough for us to understand that he finally had control of his life and his family, and for there to be a fourth book if anyone wanted to close up anything.

Why are there so few replies to this, and only by two people? Jesus Christ, this looks AMAZINGLY AWESOME. The art is orgasmic and the animation seems flawless. If the plot doesn't feature any typical anime faggotry, this'll be one of my new favorites. And honestly, can't remember the last time Madhouse dissapointed me with anything I've watched from them.

Best track (and especially scene) worthy of MANLY TEARS of 2009. '

MAJOR MW2 SPOILERS.

You Barret wearing [Top Spin]!!!  ;^;
That made the scene from the ending so incredibly satisfying. Great revenge. I just wish it had been slower.

Here's a track from Shenmue 2 that displays the greatest thing about the games. The fact that there was a whole world of locations completely irrelevant to the game's plot or objectives, but that you could still go inside them and do whatever you wanted, talk to people, and pay minimal attention to detail, because there'd be a track just for that one single area ready to greet you.

That position was already taken by Most Excellent Superbat.
Ooooh, I KNEW you thought about me when I wasn't around, buttercup!  :V

Anyway, new Megaman game. Rad. Cool. Not alot of details, but heck, crossovers between other, classic Capcom games! And fan references all around in that trailer, so I guess they're trying to excite fans as much as possible.

It's gonna be a downloadable game, so I guess I'm not gonna see the 3D Megaman game I've always wanted. And the fact that they're showing off so much classicness makes me believe that it's most probably gonna have the classic sprites of pretty much everything, too. Has anyone thought of a possible Megaman series crossover yet? Maybe they wanna unite all the series and tie loose ends to some of them. Or at least provide an encyclopedia of facts, ala Smash Bros Melee/Brawl Trophy list, that tells us stuff we didn't know, and that ties up some storylines Capcom doesn't want to follow.

To update it, it's said that Legend of Korra will be 100 years in the future and will feature a new female character as the Avatar, arising when her help is necessary. Aparently, the technology and culture will have evolved, and she'll be able to contact Aang in the Spirit World. (all rumors so far)

Not yet. Getting there though.

It'll be unmistakable when I'm mad, trust me. >_>...
You already started with personal attacks, so I get that you mad.  :V

Look at it this way. It's my OPINION that this is a fact. And leave it that way. If you're crazy enough to think narrative quality is based on opinion, who the hell am I to tell you otherwise?

I can't believe the Oddworld games are coming back. I just hope this "Just Add Water" dev makes justice to what the games mean. As long as they improve on the gameplay and still have those awesome CG cutscenes, I'm game. Can't wait for a new Stranger's Wrath.

Dude, you need to get over yourself. No matter HOW you twist it, an opinion is a goddamn opinion. One man's garbage is another man's treasure. Like all your bloody FPSes, your wacky DC comics and all the other stuff... that's your stuff. To me, it's convoluted and uninteresting.

OPINIONS.

MOTHER [tornado fang]ing OPINIONS! YOU SEE, WHAT I SAID ABOVE WAS AN OPINION. If I need to "clarify" it in a better way, I will. I think Thanatos got the picture.

Anyways, enjoy your OPINION DEBATE.
