Tsunderes [tornado fang]ing suck. They're pretty much a pre-created personality for bland anime, to fulfill the fetishes of ronery weeaboos who like to be dominated.

...what's your opinion of me? 8D

Heroman isn't written by Stan Lee, it just has his concept. It is pretty good, but Joey's one of those Bridget-tier people who turn men gay.

Not the second season, bro.
Second season was awesome, as I remember it.
Hell yeah. And I watched it a looooong time ago, so memories may be fuzzy. Heck, I was one of the people who liked the 90's Spider-Man animated series.

Capcom tried to be innovative with Breath of Fire.

It killed the series.
Innovation also requires quality to succeed.

"Don't change what ain't broken" is a true Mega Man fan's creed. If you don't like the same old stuff in every game, why the hell are you here?
Well, it seems I do not fit your definition of a true Mega Man fan.

Maybe he needs to be shot into space...
I'd love that. Tony Stark would actually make awesome stuff in Marvel Cosmic. I can see him chilling with Star-Lord, helping out the Guardians of the Galaxy, and helping Nova setup the Corps again.

Also, Hobgobby is back. Yay!

Cause Marvel would [tornado fang] it up like that have 75% of their shows?
They'd just have to give it to Madhouse and give them a story like Extremis to adapt. Plus, Iron Man shows actually have a history of being generally good.

Also, it helps most players remain in their comfort zone. If things get too drastically different, they'll get hesitant and be turned off.

Let's not forget that Capcom aren't the only ones who've recycled a game engine structure, recently. *cough*Nintendo'sSuperMarioGalaxy2*cough*
Nintendo's spent years making completely original Mario games in look, aspect and gameplay. If their very best Mario game of all time (widely regarded as, for you picky ones) requires an expansion, I say let them. As long as we're not still getting Mario Galaxies for years, I'm okay with it. But for one, although I love playing certain games and wish there could be more of them, I certainly hate playing expansions of the same game for years and years.

Also, time for more speculatan:

As Steve is finally given some gameplay importance in the next game, anyone thinks he'll play a little differently, or he'll be the same as regular Megaman gameplay, with just a skin? An ideal thing would be to have Steve-based levels, complete with ugly boxart enemies and bosses. At least a single level, just for fun.

...man, now I want a Steve game.

I'll be the first one to defend the idea that the Megaman series needs to evolve, and that hardcore fans should go screw themselves if they want the same game over and over. But even I'll have to admit that Capcom is the last company to do something like that. While they're making money, they'll give the fans what they want, and they don't mind adding a few more sprites to the last game and calling it a sequel. Heck, I was VERY surprised, before playing the actual games, to see how much actual non-text content was added to each new Phoenix Wright game. The DS ports with minimal updates didn't help. It's the way Capcom works. While directors like Kojima want to give a whole new spin on a game, innovating and changing it on each new iteration, Capcom simply adds new stuff and is done with it. I expect Dead Rising 2 to work EXACTLY like the first one did, only with more combos, more features, and a new character/world. But it'll feel EXACTLY the same, without any changes.

Tons of companies do this for alot of games. Using the same engine/assets.

...Capcom is just blatantly obvious about it.

OKAY, apparently from what my friend tells me, the MadHouse Iron Man series is similar to Batman: Gotham Knight, in that it has different art/stories/directors & such for each episode. I really hope that's the case.

...oh God dammit... seriously, I'm getting tired of these compilations. Yes, each individual episode of Animatrix, Gotham Knight or anime Halo is impressive, but they're not connected in any way, and it's annoying to just go buy some DVD for an unconnected pile of features you watch for awhile and then never touch again. Why can't we have an ACTUAL show?

Meh, never been the biggest Carnage fan. And what's this about Iron Man new liquid nature for his armor?
Gotta love how they constantly try to make his armor more real and less real, more real, less real...

Ah, so still no confirmation. I'm actually happy. If they announce Spider-Man, it's gonna be bigtime, not just in a small image like this.

Damn, Alan Wake has got to have one of the best game stories I've seen in years. Too bad there aren't more games that adhere to the Stephen King/Twilight Zone/Twin Peaks style of a story. It actually does what Resident Evil 4 and every following survival horror game couldn't. It manages to give you a great gameplay with full control, but it's dangerous enough to give you some awesome frights, and tough enough to be a good challenge. Specially since you only find out the whole story when you replay the game in Nightmare Mode. You really DO feel like one single guy against a whole lot of amazing scary stuff.

Wow. Well, either they were still in legal trouble when they announced and were biding their time, or they really have no clue how to market this thing.

I'm happier for it, though. More Spidey's good! And Strider, [tornado fang] yeah.

Didn't you notice me quoting Zan's post. Thank you very much. And I'm not the type of person to read back much. So yeah.
Every single post above and including Zan's post mentioned the game was confirmed to be an OOT prequel. And yes, you're supposed to read a topic before you post on it. At least read the last few replies.

Twilight was pretty vague about the end. I do believe that Ganon was killed, but he makes it seem like he'll return again. My question is, what did Link do with the Master Sword at the end? I'm sure that the game is pre-Ocarina of Time, and not post-Wind Waker. Because it was stated that the Skyward Sword will BECOME the Master Sword. Not to mention, Skyward Sword doesn't seem to be in the train era. Yes, you all left out one crucial fact, Spirit Tracks. Spirit Tracks is post-Wind Waker. Not to mention, I do believe that the WW timeline was better suited for the DS, as one of Nintendo's officials said. So I highly doubt Skyward Sword will be in the WW timeline.

So yeah, there's my 2 cents. SS is pre-Ocarina. Point made.
...

...did you even read the previous posts? Miyamoto has already CONFIRMED that Skyward Sword is pre-Ocarina of Time. And we've all said in our timelines that we recognized that Wind Waker had Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks as sequels.

Read the damn topic before you reply.

Making some more vague predictions, from what he said, I'm betting this game will let you pretty much adjust your play style to whatever type of gameplay you like. And since it's a 360/PS3 game, I'm betting it's big on download size, and probably has a ton of achievements/unlockables for completing the whole game with the 8-bit Megaman, or the Ugly Cover Megaman, for example. The game will obviously have to be beautiful beyond any kind of bit sprite art, since it's meant for HD consoles. And I'd honestly really would like it if you did something such as start as 8-bit Megaman, then as you progress, you would evolve in your own form and asthetic, as well as the levels. That'd be pretty fun.

By the way, what are we calling the ugly Megaman from the cover art? Cover Megaman? We need an official name for this [tornado fang]er.
