Gonna be adding Sonic Adventure to my XBLA collection today. Hope it's the first of many Dreamcast re-releases.

Oh no, I was saying that even if they brought Ted back, I doubt it'd have the same Blue & Gold feel to it as the classic Blue & Gold mainly because Booster Gold has evolved more as a character.

I'm not saying it can't be done. Far from it.
You reading the current Booster Gold run? =P It IS being done. With time travel for exactly no story purposes other than bring back old JLI humor stories and awesome characters back.

And it does work. Booster's grown, yes, but he's still the same wacky guy he was before. He's just not so greedy now.

If there's one thing you can say about Ninty, it's that they're smart. They KNOW the value of their backlog, which is something that not all of the various companies out there can say. That's why you're never going to see anything like what happened with "Animal Crossing" (GC) last generation, ever again. And on the other hand, that's why they're going to be able to get away with re-releasing/remaking Star Fox 64 on the 3DS some time in the near future. 8D
They can get away with lots and lots of [parasitic bomb]. Few changes to new games with rare price raises. Kinda thinking they're adopting the business practices of the "not-so-long-ago EA".

I'm gonna stay out of this music debate. Not only am I the most unbearable guy in the world when talking about music, I'm a Prog fanboy. Sooooo, yeah. >_>

Okay, so I just spent the past 5 hours going through the Campaign mode on Legendary for Halo: Reach. I've still got about 2 more levels to go before we're done though. Overall, it's really good. It's definitely a lot more enjoyable than ODST (which gets a nice shout out in the game). The new vehicle modes they put in are a whole lot of fun, and the story is pretty interesting. Well, I mean, I don't follow Halo storyline as much as a bigger Halo fan, but it's still pretty interesting.

Man though, the Silver Elites are a [sonic slicer]! XD
Main reason why I didn't enjoy ODST was that you were a damn weakling. This true here too, or are you back with the SPARTAN badassness?

I remember when I once saw my ex draw a picture of Robin.

...she didn't know he was Batman's sidekick. Just seen him in Teen Titans.

...in these times, I kinda remember why I broke up with her. >_>

Sure thing.

And you don't play Multi? What the hell is wrong with you?  8D
Not a multi man. I play co-op, but I've really never been the competitive sort. Used to get into Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament tournaments back in the day. Not anymore.

Ha.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!

Sorry, that was too funny. My gamestop sells those for what? 5 bucks used? I was more than happy to buy an NES game in a GBA cartridge because I didin't want to pay an arm and a leg for an original copy of the game. Plus I got Zero Mission (literally) on christmas, so it's a two-in-one christmas present.  8D

With that said, let's see how this deal goes..
They were more expensive when they were first coming out.

...they're still THAT expensive now over here.

In other news, I think Ted Kord's outfit is probably the only one that looks as ridiculous in a comic as it does in real life. =P

I haven't had much time to try them all, as I just played Multi with a bunch of friends last night.

The new faster, mini Wraith tank is really good. It's hard to kill individuals with it outside of attempted ramming, but it's really good against vehicles. I like it a lot. The new jeep is.......well probably more fair now because the turret can actually overheat. One thing I do like is that the handling is a lot better. I find it easier to stay on all four wheels with both the Jeep & Mongoose.

Tonight I'm probably going to play the Story Mode with my friends when I get home from work, so I'll let you know.
Gimme more details on the campaign. I love Halo, but I pretty much never play multi. Just co-op sometimes. Fan of the story.

Why do people ALWAYS think of Robin as the "Holy Cow Gee Whiz" version from the Adam West show? Robin's AWESOME. And yes, all four of them. In the comic, in the cartoons... I think he's just not awesome in the movies. But he's always been a more-than-competent sidekick. He's trained by BATMAN, for God's sake.

Big breasts are more of a man asset. Sadly, women have to carry it around with them. But they belong to us.

I don't understand what's the deal with lots of people saying superheroines are total sluts from the way many of them wear their outfits. I'm guessing they like to see themselves looking good, while they're wearing something colorful and which people wouldn't wear on a day-to-day basis.

I'm thinking male superheroes do the same. Even Batman. He looks scary, but still good.

Ah. Still, although Ninja Theory didn't make big splashes, their last two games were solid, at least (Kung Fu Chaos was pretty damn fun) and their upcoming game seems really, really good so far (escaping the usual brown-ish war games and giving us a game full of color and greenery, but still tons of good ol' western-style action? Awesome).

So I think them giving us a new DMC game would be interesting, to say the least. They would have to keep the gameplay mode and not change it like DMC2 did, but still...

What's funny about the DMC4 issues, is that the solid game WAS THERE. Inside the damn disc. They'd just had to take out "no-new-weapons-dramatic-clone" and give us Dante back for the full game, plus funnier story. There are a few bosses I'd really like to have played with Dante.

Batman is a badass, no matter what. ROBIN, on the other hand...
Excuse me? Which Robin, movies aside, WASN'T a badass?

Heck, the new Robin is a BIGGER BADASS THAN BATMAN.

Money is still money. You can't escape that much, no matter how much you try. 8D

And again, you're still ignoring the issue that states that these are still 4 complete games that we're talking about here, the media that they were shipped on notwithstanding. If they were good enough for Nintendo to split up and market on the GBA for a generation, they're good enough to be "recompiled" and put back on a single disc again.

Furthermore, if this really is not your thing, then of course, no one is making you buy it. It's serving its purpose of being a novelty aimed at collectors and a new generation of Mario fans, plus a few nice extras. That's all there is to it. 8D
It doesn't make it any less of a [tornado fang]ing ripoff. But I should expect anything from Nintendo from now on.

...seriously, if they re-released each and every single VC game in disc format, without any changes, and had us pay 20 bucks for each, I still wouldn't be surprised. It's Nintendo. The current Nintendo pretty much strives on re-releasing the past.

You know, I love when someone asked Power Girl why she reveals her cleavage like that and she told them it gives her an advantage in battle, as some of her enemies are distracted. XD
I kinda think she has the same reason as Black Canary's fishnets and high heels.

...because it looks good and she looks sexy in her costume. I'm thinking she likes that.

1321
That's the thing! We're NOT excited. We're basically expecting a fairly mediocre developer to be the ruination of a brand that, by and large, has delivered on basically solid games (DMC2 and the issues with DMC4 not-withstanding).

It's not even like the case with CV: LoS, where the outsourced Western developer may have a chance to do more to clean up after the "mess" that the in-house development made.  8D
Ah.

What's CV: LoS?

1322
You know... although Journey to the West looks cool, Kung Fu Chaos and Heavenly Sword failed to make a big splash. Why's everyone so excited about this?

Hey PB or Superbat, do you guys know of any comic books that are similar to Invincible where the hero has powers but deals with problmes in a human way? I gonna try the first Spider man comics but I need more stuff like this, its good.
Like PB said, Invincible, and in general, most Marvel heroes. The problem that they're being written pretty badly right now is awful, and the fact that I'd only recomend the Cosmic books, and the Greg Pak Hulk and Hercules/Cho books, neither being realistic. I guess Fantastic Four shows a bit of quality, but honestly, they're not very realistic either.

The Power Girl series has actually been having quite alot of real life/secret identity stuff lately, as well as her solving alot of problems normally.

Batman is cool, too bad those mini bat ears always make him look stupid.
Naaaaaah, they don't.

Plus, original costume was sillier.
