Man, I recognized all of those. I feel old now.

I want a new old-school style Castlevania. Something like 3, preferably. 2 would be nice, but the line between that one and the Metroidvanias would be hard to tell, if you ask me. Especially if Iga does it, then it'll just be another Metroidvania.

The Destiny games are overrated. There, I said it. I fail to see what's so grand about them.

Also, seeing some of these brought over in english would be nice.

However, the Werehog did please plenty of fans.
Which is what they were aiming for. I still don't get why though, I personally couldn't stand those levels >_>

The Werehog was born out of the "need" to replace the supporting cast. Let's face it, there are people out there who like the supporting cast, even if there isn't really not all that many people like that around here. Hence the Werehog and it's brokenass levels.

But the thing is, it was called the Irregular/Maverick Virus before it was revealed that Sigma is part of it, making it the Sigma Virus.
Oh, I'm well aware of that, hence why I brought it up. I'm just saying they probably should have continued to call it that, to keep the concept more understandable to the general gamer populace.

It should just be called the Irregular/Maverick Virus to dispel confusion, but unfortunately that's not the case. That would make far too much sense.

My age seems to fluctuate from younger to slightly older, it's odd.

I'm almost positive they have this huge collection of sounds they just reuse as they please. I can't count how many times I've heard some sounds in many different places.

Are you troubled by strange noises in the middle of the night?
Do you experience feelings of dread in your basement or attic?
Have you or any member of your family ever seen a spook, spectre or ghost?

if you can't tell what i'm talking about, please bite down on some cyanide.
So how is it? I intend to try it out sometime, that's for damn sure, but it would be nice to hear your opinion :P

At least they got the outfit relatively right. It isn't perfect, but it's a lot better than some of the other ones.

Well, I like stories in my games, assuming they don't get in the way of playing the game that is. SMG seemed perfectly fine to me, considering most of the story was completely optional (in the storybook). The thing is, most of the "casual" gamers just want to play, and don't really care about the story all that much. Also, I know a lot of kids who just skip through the text and story of a game if they're given the chance, and as we all know Mario and Zelda are aimed at kids for the most part. Not to say all kids will skip the text (I myself never did when I was a youngun), but it's certainly a factor.

What's your damn excuse for not having played those yet? I mean, even for the regular RPG crowd, these are absolute jewels.
1. Didn't have XBox
2. My PC is crap

Such is the situation in my case :P
