I can say with relative certainty that I'll be on at late hours tonight. Due to late family visits and Mrs. Shell trying to break me of old habits I will be opening no more than 1 present on Christmas Eve, which means I will likely be entirely too excited to sleep.
Who doesn't?
Seriously, as far as I'm aware, there are a select few who use the remote/nunchuck combo to shake things up, and that's about it. I know NOBODY who honestly prefers the remote alone. Personally I can't stand using Up to jump, and the ability to disable that on GCN controllers is all the "control innovation" that I needed. There are certain games that work with new controls, and certain games that don't.

I miss mario kart 64

That's not what I meant.
I actually played 7 & 8 back in the day. Though they were fun, but I think they might have missed something. Just didn't quite feel right.
So it's not like i totally dissed the games. I enjoyed the other games beyond 6. But I think 8bit is a lot more fun to play then any other style. Not to mention its a lot easier to draw 8bit sprites graphics wise. óVó
Also, I think I remember somewhere, either reading or hearing something about K.Inafune wanted to explore more around the 8bit style mega man games before moving on to other style graphics. Considering that's where megaman started anyway, it kind of makes sense here.
Since it's on my clipboard...
We seriously need a Starfox movie. With those puppets. That would be [tornado fang]ing awesome.

So yeah... About that game...
