You're really not one that should be talking about other people being crazy.

Too long.

Considering how so many people absolutely love Amie, then it would be a crime not to include it.

They always add in features people love and never utilize them again, people are whining about them not allowing Pokemon to follow you around like in HeartGold and SoulSilver.

I hope they use the same version of Yu as in the original anime.

So that problem with Fatty's DLC Code...

I'm not the only one having those issues.

And the Campaign DLC isn't working properly either.
Lastly, they released Old Joesph as the first DLC character but he's not playable until one of the later DLC's is released.

Great going Bamco. At least the character DLC is only $2.

Just be glad you got - or rather, are getting anything at all. Here we got nothing. I hope those pre-order DLC eventually get put up on the store.

I get so lonely on Skype sometimes.
Naturally when I'm lonely on Skype, I'm lonely in real life as well.

Got the Platinum for the English version of ASB, not much else to do on the game for today since the campaign stuff isn't up on the PSN Store yet so I can't start unlocking costumes and such.

Another one I found, Bruford is now Blueford.

I don't really understand Polnareff's name change, was he a specific reference.

Some of the name changes in the English version of ASB:

Part 1
"Bruford" has been changed to "Blueford".

Part 2
"Santana" has been changed to "Santviento".

Part 3
"Jean Pierre Polnareff" was changed to "Jean Pierre Eiffel." This change has attracted some confusion from fans owing to how previous Part 3 properties with official English releases retained the original name with no problems.
"J. Geil" was changed to "Centerfold", an odd choice since CAPCOM was able to localize J. Geil by merely renaming him as J. Gale.
"Oingo & Boingo" were changed to "Zenyatta & Mondatta" similar to the Part 3 manga adaptation by Viz Media.

Part 4
Josuke's stand "Crazy Diamond" was renamed as "Shining Diamond".
Kira's stand "Killer Queen" was renamed as "Deadly Queen". "Bite The Dust" remains unchanged. The renaming merely swaps the adjective word.
"Stray Cat" was renamed as "Feral Cat", with Stray and Feral being an identical terminology, hence the renaming.
Koichi's stand "Echoes" was renamed as "Reverb", a near-synonym of the original Stand name.
Ken Oyanagi's stand "Boy II Man" was renamed as "BoyManMan", a variation.
Toshikazu Hazamada's stand "Earth, Wind, and Fire" was renamed as "Terra Ventus". It is the original Stand name (sans the word fire) in Latin.
Yuuya Fungami's stand "Highway Star" was renamed "Highway Go Go"
Terunosuke Miyamoto's stand "Enigma" was renamed "Misterioso", a Hispanized synonym.
Tonio Trussardi's stand "Pearl Jam" was renamed "Opal Jam", a variation.

Part 5
Giorno's stand "Gold Experience" was renamed as "Golden Wind", after Part 5's title. As a result, Gold Experience Requiem is also renamed, Golden Wind Requiem.
Mista's stand "Sex Pistols" was renamed as "Six Bullets", directly describing the Stand.
Buccellati's stand "Sticky Fingers" was renamed as "Zipper Man", a straightforward name for the Stand.
Narancia's stand "Aerosmith" was renamed as "Li'l Bomber", wherein the changed name is based on the Stand's overall look.
Pesci's stand "Beach Boy" was renamed as "Fisher Man"
Diavolo's stand "King Crimson" was renamed as "Emperor Crimson".
Leone Abbachio's stand "Moody Blues" was renamed "Moody Jazz", a swap of music terminology.
Ghiaccio's stand "White Album" was renamed "White Ice".
Sale's stand "Kraftwerk" was renamed "Arts & Crafts", by using a similar term to the original.
Secco's stand "Oasis" was renamed "Sanctuary", a near-synonym.
Cioccolata's stand "Green Day" was renamed "Green Tea"
Formaggio's stand "Little Feet" was renamed "Tiny Feet", a mere swap of adjective.
Melone's stand "Baby Face" was renamed "Babyhead"

Part 6
Jolyne's stand "Stone Free" was renamed as "Stone Ocean", after Part 6's title.
Herme's stand "Kiss" was renamed as "Smack", an identical word.
Pucci's stands were renamed: "White Snake" was renamed "Pale Snake", "C-MOON" was renamed "Full Moon", "Made in Heaven" was renamed "Maiden Heaven".
"Weather Report" was renamed as "Weather Forecast", a synonym of the Stand name.
"Narciso Anasui" was renamed as "Narc Anastasia"
Thunder McQueen's stand "Highway to Hell" was renamed "Highway to Death"

Part 7
Ringo Roadagain's stand "Mandom" was renamed "Mando"

These make the changes in the Capcom fighter look mild in comparison.

Gaming / Re: The Gyakuten Saiban / Ace Attorney Thread
« on: April 22, 2014, 05:34:00 PM »

During a Nintendo Direct back in February, it was revealed that the original Ace Attorney series creator, Shu Takumi, was working on a new game of the series. This new project has been revealed as The Great Ace Attorney, and it takes place during the Meiji period of Japan.

As mentioned in our earlier report, the new Ace Attorney project was said to be completely different from past games of the series, and now that we know that The Great Ace Attorney will be taking place during the Meiji period (1868 1912), it sounds like it will indeed be quite different.

The protagonist of the game is known as Ryunosuke Naruhodo (Naruhodo is the name for Wright in Japanese), and hes actually an ancestor of Ryuichi Naruhodo, or Phoenix Wright. The image shows him dressed in what appears to be a school uniform and hes wielding a katana on the side, stating, Ill become a lawyer definitely!

The game will be directed by Shu Takumi. Shintaro Kojima, who previously worked on E.X. Troopers and the Monster Hunter series, will take on a role as producer.

The Great Ace Attorney is currently in development for Nintendo 3DS.

Sure can't wait for that Feudal Los Angeles setting when it gets localized... pfft. Like that's going to happen.

The anime doesn't have to be original you know, because each show is aimed at a new generation of kids who haven't seen the older series. If you don't like you don't have to watch it because it's not aimed at you.

Why would you want Misty when May's better?

I more curious as to way anyone would bother drawing content with Misty in it when she hasn't been relevant in 12 years.

So the game is coming out here next week as a digital-only release, to be honest this kills a lot of the motivation I have to pick up the game - it's really not a practice I want to support. I hate digital-only releases.

If only I had somehow known in advance I would have imported the collector's edition from America.
