Xion, Roxas and Axel/Lea should just stay in Days. There's really no need - with the exception of Lea - to bring them back other than to please the fans.
Their story was had an acceptable wrap up, until BBS coded started doing the whole "Sora will save everyone thing" which included them.
Honestly I think this game will be like CoM, it'll have plot relevance to the next game but won't necessarily have to be played and still basically miss nothing. I mean, not everyone is going to play this one after all.
But like I've said I could be wrong.

It's not that the trailer was bad or anything, it's just that the game looks as if it won't really advance the story that much. Which is to be expected, they're holding out III after all.
I suppose I should get used to it though, seeing as III isn't coming out for around 30 years or so after Versus comes out in about 60.
...or the game actually might reveal and go into a lot of things and prove me completely wrong. Who knows? But either way, the trailer doesn't have me hyped for the game.
Does look like fun, though.

Is it because of the straightforwardness of this show? The spectacle? The designs? I'm not sure.
