(Just to be sure, James/Kojiro/Mime. Jr are still spying from their "hidden" spot right?)
As Dr. Wily II dawww'd mentally, he heard the door open slightly, and turned to see... A White Skitty entering the room. He raised an eyebrow, and gestured to Taylor to look as well. "I'm... Not seeing things... Am I?"

(Mime Jr. is spying...or mimicking it anyway.... Kojiro is knocked out from his misfortunate encounter with the walls around the entrance.  Not sure when I'll find the opportunity to have him snap back to his sense. 8D)

Merrick decides not to say anything as WilyII probably was too busy with other things to not notice Tarot Skitty during the fiasco back at Stone Town.  He was, however, somewhat distracted by something lurking outside the room near the window, but sensing it was a Pokemon figures it was probably a Pidgey perched on one of the trees near the Pokemon battlefield behind the center.

With things back to normal (For the time being), and Chariot's room practically vacant of anything that would keep Tarot Skitty from falling prey to some other Team Rocket agent that might be lurking about, Merrick decides it was best to finally head for Mewtwo's room and stay there until things calm down.

He phases his hand into the painted background of his card, causing the edges to glow a few seconds before fading while Tarot Skitty makes its way towards the partially open door to Mewtwo's room, being careful not to startle the out-cold Pokemon or anyone else that was in the room with him.

Well, the commercial basically goes like this ->

(Yes I'm aware I got AT&T mixed up with Comcast, bite me :P)

I probably should have said Xfinity since they rarely mention Comcast nowadays, but it's basically another cable, internet, and phone provider.

Don't you think you should rambling on about something older, like those Comcast commercials where the kids are acting like old codgers in front of even younger kids...? -u-'

"Blue Magic, like Final Fantasy?" Janine asked.

"I don't think I understand the entire situation, but I guess it kind of makes sense....I think." Sakura said scratching her head. "I do have a Miltank, you want me to give her to Heirophant when he comes back?"

"Well....  I don't think that would be necessary as long as either me or Chariot keep a hold of Tarot Skitty in this way," Merrick mutters, not seeming comfortable with the idea of having to take milk straight from a Pokemon, even if they didn't mind, "Thanks for the offer, anyway."

"Milk?" Sakura asked.

The card flips over to the picture facing up as Merrick pops partway out of its surface, "It's kinda hard to explain.  The Fool card had a cat that never left his side, and had just as much control over Blue Magic as he did.  But an incident I shouldn't be explaining too deeply about caused his cat to get stuck in the mechanism that projects the light into whatever form the form the card inserted appears in and now Tarot's default is a cat, or in this case a Skitty.  Fool's the only one who can keep it running indefinitely when inserted into the mechanism, but the rest of us have to drink milk every six hours just to stay awake."

He pulls the rest of himself out of the card and assumes a sitting position on his knees, "That's mostly why I spent most of this fiasco on Tarot Skitty's back.  This way I can control it without having to waste its energy reserves and leave it even more helpless than it already appears."

"You want me to hold that Skitty?" Sakura asked "It must take a lot of energy to materialize like that."

Merrick meekly scratches the back of his head while looking down at his materialized form, "Materializing doesn't take that much energy...but staying active without milk is another problem."

He then opens his mouth, allowing his card form to pop out as Tarot Skitty reverts back to its small, stubby paw form.  Once fully reverted, Merrick places his card back on its back, causing it to drop back down to the ground and retain his control over it.

Merrick compresses his lips as one part of Team Rocket's intentions had squeezed its way into victory upon Quickie's apprehension.  He wanted to go after her, but figures Mewtwo's safety should be his second priority next to keeping watch and hold of Tarot Skitty.  And after hearing Jenny mention not intending to only talk to Quickie rather than arrest her, he felt all the more better that some resolution was going to be met.

Heaving a reluctant sigh, he decides to head over to where Joe is and watch what happens next between him, Sakura and Janine.

Quickie wriggled and attempted to free herself.  "You three are making a big mistake!" She swung her head backwards in an attempt to hit the trainer behind her in the face, and for a moment, she considered contacting Mewtwo. No, I can't.  He needs to rest, I can't rely on him.

She pulled and tugged against their grips, only to send herself off-balance and hitting the floor.

"Don't move!" Merrick suddenly calls from behind.

Before the three trainers could react, they're suddenly hit by a bright white glow as white sparks surround them, causing them to yelp in shock and surprise before letting go of Quickie and crumbling to the ground below.  By the time they got their senses back and looked up, they found Merrick, now in full human form, at the height of Hieorphant and with the face and ears of Tarot Skitty standing over them with his staff pointed at them.

"If you don't want to experience anymore of that paralyzing pain, I suggest you keep still...." he said, not sounding threatening, but remained stern.

The trio shook in shock upon recognizing what had just happened and refused to budge until the officials eventually got to them and restrained them along with Joe.

Merrick cringed as Tarot Skitty stood behind the out-cold trainer, not expecting the ensuing slip up to knock him out.  However, the way he was behaving as they were coming at him seems to show signs that he might go insane with confusion and still go for the attack, leading him to feel that knocking him out may have been more necessary.

He pops the top part of his card up, poking his head out to look towards the entrance and see Janine, some officers, and Sakura quickly noticing the trainer's presence and pointing him out as the sole cause of the fiasco.  He decides to keep Tarot Skitty pinned on the out-cold trainer so as to add a little weight and keep him from getting up to quickly should he regain consciousness anytime soon.

But no sooner had he made this decision sound, he saw Quickie maker her way towards the trio and break them up, completely unaware that they had been trying to get their hands on her before crumbling back into a fight.  Cringing without transferring the expression to Tarot Skitty, he attempts to leap off and run towards the trio only to have one of them grab Quickie in an arm lock.

"Help me restrain her!" he shouts to the two trainers still trying to fight each other off.

With one less trainer holding them down, the two quickly dove towards Quickie, each grabbing a leg and wrapping their own around the standing trainer to keep her from fighting back.  Grinning successfully the standing trainer sneers towards Quickie's seemingly helpless predicament.

"How you, of all people, managed to steal that powerful psychic Pokemon is beyond me," he seethed, "But now that we have you in our grasps, reclaiming that Mewtwo for the detective that enlisted us will be nothing more than a cakewalk."

Jessie's Pokemon covered their ears and ran around in circles while the feminine Team Rocket struggles to block out the noise while shouting into her comlink.

"Mayday!  SOS!!!  EMERGENCY!!!  We're being attacked by loud, horrible Heavy Metal music!" she squealed, "Make it stop!  And while you're at it, help me figure out how to get control of the Grand Rhydon before whoever took control of it comes back to do more harm than this noise blaring around us!"

The trio eventually stopped fighting upon seeing Quickie pulling the bathroom door open.

"There she is!" one of them shouts, "That thief who stole Mewtwo!"

"Quick!  After her!"

They tried to go after Quickie, but were entangled with one another, one having his hand around another's neck, and the third trapped between the two trainers' legs, and unfortunately toppled onto each other and deteriorated back into a fight to get each other off.

Tarot Skitty continued to stay camped near the entrance of the cafeteria, watching what could have been the third unnecessary encore between the three while Merrick facepalms in embarrassment over the tiring situation before quickly taking Tarot Skitty towards the bathroom and jumping onto Joe in an attempt to stop him before he thinks to jump her upon recognition.

With the ringleader trapped, it was only a matter of time before one of the authorities make their way in to hear the rattling and push it back to take him in.  Merrick should sigh with relief when the three trainers from before rushed in through the side entrance, having been at the front of the mob when they saw Tarot Skitty lurking within.

"There you are!"

"You're mine now!"

"Hey!  I spotted him first!"

The last that spoke knocked the other two trainers aside as he grabs his Pokeball only to be tackled by the two and quickly deteriorating into another dog-piling fist fight.  Tarot Skitty didn't want to stick around to see the victor and makes a break for the cafeteria once again to hide there and find more non-lethal ammunition to throw at them once they get their act together and possibly free their ringleader.

Tarot Skitty poked its head from the top of one of the stalls, seeing the ringleader of the mop washing the mustard from his face.  Hearing the water running, and knowing it would be loud enough to drown out any noise from the background, Merrick attempts to take his wayward vessel out of the bathroom before he washes enough of the mustard to turn off the tap.

Both leapt from the stall and makes a run for the bathroom exit, heading back to the hallway where the the wash bucket was and pushing it towards the door in the hopes of trapping him long enough for Nurse Joy and other competent officers to stop the mop, or allowing Mewtwo ample time to recover from his earlier ordeal and make a break for the next city.

Only to be met by a spray of mustard to the face by Tarot Skitty once again biting down on the bottle to ooze out what little remained.  Taking advantage of the currently disoriented trainer, Merrick has Tarot Skitty jump down from the top bunk and skitter out the door, inadvertently leaving paw prints straight to the men's bathroom.  Thankfully the wet floor caused by many an inappropriate, hasty splashing of sink water washed away the prints, leaving little hints as to where they would be hiding; though the most obvious choices would have been the stalls just beside the urinals.

The constant sound of Wobbuffet banging against every steel wall in the ship distracts Jessie as she turns to say something only to be met with a giant, blue crown to the face, ramming her back-long towards the other end of the bridge just as she had gotten the comlink out from under the console it rolled under.

Thrash went flying back, but then Pyro hooked Wobbuffet to a bicycle pumped and began inflating it.

Wobbuffet flapped its arms madly as its body begins to inflate from the amount of pumping flying into its jagged maw.  The other Pokemon try to get the pump out of its mouth while attempting to chase Pyro off the inflating end.

Wobbuffet yelped as the tail slapping came bearing down on him.  But no sooner had the hits come, his entire outline begins to glow, causing the tail to bound back and slap Steelix every time it landed on the glow.

Four of Jessie's Pokemon panic at the sight of the Steelix and jump behind Wobbuffet, causing it to look around confusedly.

"Wobba-wa-wobba!?"

Chariot and Synthis remained in the background, seeming aware of what was going to happen next.

I was saying more towards what I thought I read about games released after the DSi not being playable on older DS systems (I.E. DSLite).  I'm aware that DSi was region lock at least for later Japanese and PAL games.

But don't mind me, it may have been a bad case of misreading reviews and posts concerning DSi's capabilities.

I don't think 3DS and DS are the same; I know they're different in more than eye-popping 3D capabilities.  I've practically jumped ship after the release of the 3DS and talk that games made for it can't be played on other DS systems (Well, okay I jumped ship after the release of the DSi, and their games not being playable on older DS systems, but still....)
