Tarot Skitty poked its head out from behind Hierophant, still nervous as to what the bias Jenny might say next that will further incriminate both it, the cards, and Mewtwo.

Ryuta, meanwhile, observed what Givoanni was muttering to Jenny while eyeing Mewtwo, a dark gray blaze sending near noticeable chills down his spine.  He can only assume the Team Rocket boss was scheming to secretly push Mewtwo's buttons in a sly attempt to further sully the jury into taking their side while antagonizing Quickie's sole ownership of the Mew experiment.

There was little he could do at the moment that won't jeopardize the case, and struggling to hide what he was sensing at the moment can only escape so many panning eyes before attention is drawn onto him, and measures are taken to make sure he knows his place and bow to it.

"According to what I heard before the officers caught onto my previous disguise, that Jenny is a lot more bias and quick to judge than the cousin and sister involved in this case," James mutters back, "The Boss knows that the Jenny family are the most reliable of the police force and must be using that particular Jenny to push the jury's favor towards Team Rocket and give them little reason to bat an eye to any other evidence stating otherwise."

Hierophant pondered reminding the bias Jenny that her sister had tried to share the reports she had gathered concerning Yan-Yan's copying abilities, but figures it was probably best to leave the bickering to the two siblings, especially if he wanted to help Tarot Skitty get out of the region without too much attention being drawn to it.

Ryuta could only watch with arms crossed at Jenny's rampage over her own bias beliefs, somewhat pleased that the overpowering family member was finally getting her just comeuppance.

Tarot Skitty, on the other hand, nervously slinks behind the bench it sat on and slips behind Hierophant, who continues to watch the outburst while mildly cringing at the increasing Sword energy surrounding Jenny.

(Phoenix is supposed to be interrogating Jenny next, then call the next witness.  At least...that's what I assume watching several episodes of Law & Order.

Also PP usage is almost non-existent.  Perhaps we can compare it to stamina since doing the same moves without rest can wear you down eventually)

Hierophant struggled to keep Tarot Skitty from going on a tirade over Jenny's bias misinterpretations; keeping one arm wrapped around its waist while clamping its snot-covered face with his other hand as it flails its arms and legs about, trying to protest her short-attentive accusations.

"Not now, not now!" he almost hissed, "If you speak up in the middle of her testimony, they're going to throw you out and possibly ban you from testifying any accusations for Mewtwo and your cards!"

Tarot Skitty eventually falls limp, though it continues to growl a cat-like growl while puffing clouds from its ears.

Seeing the bias Officer Jenny being called to the stand made Tarot Skitty's forehead turn blue while Hierophant cringed in mild frustration.

"Already...?  They must really be desperate to make the entire courtroom turn their scorn onto Mewtwo without taking other statements into consideration...." he mutters.

As if to remind Phoenix of what they were talking about, Tarot Skitty opens its mouth wide enough to reveal the full frames of the cards, pointing towards it as the Fool card pops up and waves almost sheepishly.

Hierophant was barely paying attention as he looks towards the bias Officer Jenny mentally blowing a gasket over Mewtwo being initiated into the trial, "That's if that overworked Jenny doesn't try to convince the jury that they were being manipulated by Mewtwo's psychic abilities...."

Ryuta followed the two Pal Park wardens, still tasked with keeping Mewtwo's temper under control, though he hopes his presence doesn't affect the trial, or give Team Rocket any excuse to use him as a ruse to turn the favor of the jury over to them.

Most of his concern was towards the way they had restrained Mewtwo.  It was understandable, but he still didn't appreciate the measures as it would only intensify the jury's interpretation of how the one-of-a-kind Pokemon actually behaved prior to the trial.

Hierophant and Tarot Skitty watched as Mewtwo was being carted into the room, Tarot Skitty still thinking about what it had heard prior to the start of the trial.  So far, only Quickie, select members of Team Rocket who "understood" Mewtwo's behavior, and two of the other trainers that encountered him were going to testify.

"Sounds to me like they completely forgot about you," Hierophant mutters towards Tarot Skitty, "I guess since Team Rocket is aware that one of their own was the one responsible for drawing Mewtwo into this trial, they smacked the judge with enough riches to make him throw out any evidence of you and the other cards being involved."

Tarot Skitty moaned a bit before looking back towards the trial being set up, wondering if they really have chosen to leave him off the stand for the sole sake of protecting Team Rocket's own image.

That's what also was holding me back on posting the Mario Party RP.  I have the story thought out, I just couldn't figure out how to make dice-throwing and mini-game choosing work.

I figure the mini-games would be a series of one-shot per "board" since no one would want to RP through the same scenario more than twice.

Tarot Skitty continues to fidget uncomfortably as it waits to see who was going to be put on the stands first.  Hierophant, while calmer, was feeling the Skitty-shaped Robot Master's nervousness, worrying about how they were going to handle its inability to speak anything but cat noises and how they intend to resolve the situation without hurting the course of the trial.
