Once he has WilyII "out of commission", the man takes his sword out and cuts the remaining fin in half, landing safely on the floor as he goes over to the building to check on the rest of the uniformed men who scrambled to get out of the way of the laser onslaught.

Meanwhile, Ryuta takes notice of the strange, Poorly Italian-accented Roa look-a-like, frowning in suspicion of his sudden appearance.

"I should head over there and clear this up before things get out of control," he mutters before warping out of the Neko Cafe.

The blue uniformed man hears the charging noise and turns his head towards WilyII, quirking a bit of a smile as he turns the fin he grapped towards the box, intending to take advantage of his distraction to destroy the delivery box still in his hand.

"Rrrr...I need a distraction!" Afro looked through his inventory MGS style as he was still being chased.

The last man seemingly incharge of the location sees his two compatiots continue to run around, banging and jabbing their weapons at the box to no avail.  He snickers in contemplation before trotting towards the back of the lone building, waiting on the otherside with a large mallet, intending to flatten the box once they run it towards his direction.

The two men banged their heads into each other as they miss hitting the box that once stood in their path.  They bounced away from each other, rubbing the bump on their foreheads before chasing after Afro with their training weapons poised for attack.

DWII didn't notice the boulder in time and was hit right in the chest, but thanks to the armour, damage was kept to a minimum. Though that didn't mean it didn't hurt. A lot.

"Why you! Fins! ATTACK!" Dozens of fins began to fly out from his wings, and began to fire their lasers in coordinated patterns.

Nearly everyone on campus panicked and fled towards the building for cover while the blue uniformed man, who remained docile and vigilant throughout most of the fiasco, ran to the wall surrounding the area and lept to the top of it, then crouches low and leaps towards one of the fins, grabbing it with little to no effort.  Gravity takes over as he dangles under the fin, using his body as a handle to turn the grappled fin around and redirect its lasers towards the other fins in the area.

While this was going on, the remaining five competitors who were smart enough to stay in the back of the mob took the opportunity to blend in with the fleeing crowd, ducking under the firing lasers and and fleeing figures while thinking of nothing but reaching the door.

The man wearing the raggy hat just stares at WilyII with a smug curl on the corner of his lip as he walks over to a boulder that is a few inches larger than he is and hauls it off the ground with nothing more than a strained grunt, charging back towards him before crouching down and springing back up, releasing the boulder like a cannon towards WilyII once he felt his body strain from the stretch.

The man managed to dodge two of the shots, but catches the third on his shoulder, burning through the uniform and nicking his burly flesh with first degree burns.

He quickly rolls out of WilyII's line of fire, appearing on the other side of him before leaping towards him in another attempt at grabbing the box in his hand.

Despite seeing Afro publicly hide himself in the box, the blue uniformed man continued to stand his ground, pretending not to notice him.  The older men, on the other hand saw the whole thing and began throwing a fit.

"Why're you just standing there!?" shouts the shaggy man, "Get him before he reaches the door!"

Without waiting for the lone man to react he and another man charged towards the box, arching their less than deadly weapons back to strike upon close encounter.

As the mob itself was starting to dwindle down to both competitor and uniformed man either falling over with exhaustion or getting more than their teeth knocked out of them, one of the men stumbled out in time to see WilyII just standing there with the delivery box in his hand.  Having not been satisfied with what he managed to wrangle from the other competitors, he makes a mad charge towards him, intending to pounce and wrestle the box from his hands.

As soon as Temnota got to the gates, a few of the competitors raced past her only to come to a screeching halt with shock and surprise.  Before they had a chance to turn and stop find a place to hide, the rest of the 25 competitors plowed into them, shoving them through the gates as they attempt to seek out the location of the building the person lived in.

Upon entering the dusty fields of the campus, the group of overly muscular men turned around to see the competitors come to a screeching halt once, both staring wide eyed while the four older men nearly blew steam out of their ears at what was going on.

"What the hell is this!?" the shaggy, squat man exclaims as he throws an absolute fit, "Our headmaster specifically asked for catgirls to deliver his orders and we get a bunch of strangers instead!?"

The younger men, on the other hand, became mesmeriezed by the very sight of the boxes as they had remembered raiding the last fifty that were dropped in their lounge room and getting only a bite of imported satisfaction.  Their mouths leak with drool as they let the scent of the food toy with their nose.

The shaggy man growls before thrusting his bamboo sword towards the crowd of baffled competitors, "Don't just stand there, you idiots!  Get rid of them before they reach the Headmaster's office!  We can't let him see how big of a mess the restaurant made neglecting one single aspect of his order!"

At his command, the entire army charges towards the competitors, freaking them out as they scramble to get away only to be pounced on by one of the men and wrestled of his or her box.

Only one man didn't join the fiasco that ensued, standing in his place without so much as a care in the world.

One of the competitors manages to squeeze her way out of the barrage of kicks, punches and grabs, holding the delivery box high over her heads as she squeals with excitement.

"Finally!  Freedom!  I'll win this challenge yet!" she giggles as she zeroes in on the building behind the wooden stage.  As she passes by the lone man, he calmly reaches for the handle of his katana and yanks it out the holster on his back.  Seconds after passing by the person, the box shatters into clean slabs of wood, raining the contents of the order down on the girl as she squeaks in surprise and drops to her knees while crying in frustration.

Several more of the competitors managed to fight their way out of the pile-up only to meet the same fate as they pass by the lone man as he manages to dismantle their boxes with one meager swing of his katana.

While the TV screen continued to show competitors racing from one destination to another in a straight line to the targeted location, the large screen showed half of the competitors nearing the entrance, charging up the stairs with their delivery boxes high in the air.

The Lakitu in charge of keeping a visual on the location had just finished yawning when he saw the dustclouds kicked up by the competitors nearing the entrance; the Lakitus that followed them eventually dwindled to one as the others flew off to take a break from their harrowing chase.  He yelps while reaching into the cloud he sat on and pulled out a whistle, blowing into it until two freshly energized Lakitus appeared beside him.

"Alright!  Listen up!" he said while grabbing an officer's hat and slapping it on, "We're just about ready for the next act of Mr. Ippongi's plans!"

He points to one Lakitu who snaps to attention and salutes while holding his fishing pole to the side, "You, recon the entrance of the school and record the first person to make it through the door!" he then points to the other who does the same, "And you!  Get the high speed camera and stand ready in the owner's office!  We must make this climatic part of today's challenge a sight to remember by!"

He threw his hand in a karate chop towards the location, "Move out!"

The two yell "YESSIR" before sitting back down and flying off to their designated places.

As the race continues on, half of the competitors could already be seen jumping out of the buses and taxis that could cross overseas and ran off to either rent a boat or hitch a ride on a ferry heading in the direction of the location.  Some are still driving their respected vehicles while a few have resorted to marathon running out of panic of how much time is left, one even freaked out at the thought of being the last contestant in line and clung to one of the Lakitu's cloud as his last resort to getting to the location.

Meanwhile, on the big screen showing the overview of the location, the guests in the cafe saw a band of figures marching out to the front of the building, stop and turn to face it.

They appear to be men, heavily muscular, wearing nearly the same uniform as Ryuta, only baring a second row of buttons and ranging in different colors, the majority of them being black.

Four more men came out of the building, two of whom look like they shouldn't belong in the modern day.  One of them, a squat, shaggy man wearing a white, full-head bandana and what appears to be a samurai vest over white, short-sleeve clothing, and carries a bamboo sword, marches onto a small stage standing between the uniformed men and the entrance of the building.  The camera's sound had been turned off, but it appears the squat man is giving some kind of rambling speech to the other men who just stood in their place and listened diligently.

"Well, I was going to wait until the compeitors left the cafe," Ryuta began before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a remote, "But since you're so eager to watch the progress."

He then hits a button, causing two Lakitus to fly out of the kitchen window and hover around WilyII and Temnota, each holding a fishing pole with a camera on the end.  TV screens around the cafe switch to the comeptition already being played out by the competitors who already left.  Every five minutes the scene switches to another competitor either running like crazy to meet the location, or already having succeeded in gaining access to a certain mode of transportation.

A large, LCD TV drops down in front of the map, switching on to show a single image of what could be the outskirts of the location.

Ryuta sticks the remote back in his pocket, "You might want to check your savings and schedule, you may be here a while."

Ryuta waits until the competitor is out of sight before calmly clearing his throat.

"Well, I hope the rest of you Eco-fanatics have taken note of what just happened; no matter how accurate your IT is, it doesn't mean you're out of danger yet.  With transportation, you actually get a general idea of where the location is, and what to prepare for upon entering the property.  In this case, the reason our caller made 100 orders and put them in individual boxes is NOT because he has a monster appitite."

He places his fists behind his back, "Which brings us to the second part of this challenge.  This will not be a race to determine if you can actually get to this person with the contents of his order still intact.  This time, only one of you will win this challenge and escape the penalties of the next one, with the added bonus of getting a tour of the location and seeing what ingredients they use to make their meals.  And believe me, these penalties will be far more devistating than what I've put you through in the previous challenges, so unless you have some pretty strong stamina I suggest you push your culinary skills to the limit and get to this person before everyone else."

He meagerly points towards the glass door, "The race begins as soon as you take your box."

The remaining competitors rushed up to the counter and grabbed a box, then scramble for the door.  Some made frantic phone-calls to their family, friends or the nearest taxi to take them to the location, while others ran off in search of the best mode of transportation.

Ryuta checks the clock again, seeing it exactly one hour from his last broadcast.  It was time to introduce the next challenge; won't they be in for a shock.

He turns his attention back to the remaining competitors as he places his fists behind his back.

"I apologize for the long wait, but I want to make sure we have everyone who wants to continue on this quest of culinary battles," he said, "Now, some of you may be thinking this is going to be the place of your next challenge.  Unfortuately, you would be wrong."

The competitors blinked in shock as they began murmuring over the reason they were called here in the first place.  Ryuta waits a bit before continuing.

"Instead, your next challenge will be a delivery race to a chosen destination marked by this map behind me."

On cue, the head waitress pulls on the golden rope, causing a large map to drop down behind Ryuta.  There is a long arrow bearing the number 80 miles along its body pointing to a symbol stamped somewhere on the map consisting of the kanji "man" within a circle within a drawing of four cheery blossoms.  Ryuta nonchalantly points towards the symbol without even looking at it.

"Each of you will be given one of the 100 delivery boxes, each containing the order made by the person living in this location.  You will travel from this cafe all the way to the location by any means of transportation you have; be it a taxi, bus, plane, train, or even your own vehicles."

"Excuse me, Mr. Chairman sir?" one of the competitors piped up; it was the girl who suffered Ryuta's Frost Bomb wrath during the second competition, "Couldn't we just teleport there instead of wasting gas and energy, and not risk ruining this person's order?  Or would that be too anti-climatic for the viewers watching at home?"

Ryuta looks over to the girl, mentally cringing at what she had planned, "Well, I wouldn't say it's against the rules to teleport there as long as-"

"Sweetness!" the girl immediately rushes over to the counter where 100 delivery boxes stood and snatched 48 of them in her arms, "I already have the coordinates in the IT device I just bought just in case such a challenge existed!"

"I don't think you should-"

The girl giggles, "Don't worry, I'm not going to ruin everyone's chances of winning this challenge.  In fact, I'll keep a hold of these in case they lose their boxes along the way!"

Ryuta tries to say something, but the girl had already teleported out of the room.  He stood there a few seconds before heaving a heavy sigh and raising a finger, "One second please."

He then warps out of the room a couple seconds before warping back in with the girl practically choking him in a traumatized hug; yet he just acted nonchalant with his arms crossed and a somewhat irritated twitch in his lightning-shaped eyebrows.

Her entire body is white as a sheet, her clothes were a mess of rags, and she had spilt mango lemonade, rice grains, and waffle cookie crumbs scattered all over her body.  She shook violently as she struggles to speak with each twitch she made.

"M-m-m-ma....  B-b-b-b-big....  T-t-t-too ma-ma-ma...."

Ryuta eyes her before sighing and pushing her over to Atsushi and Ittetsu, "Take her to a psychiatric ward.  I don't think she'll be coming back to reality anytime soon."

The two bow as they carry the terrified girl out of the cafe.

Hajime yawns as he stares out the glass covering the bed of the Dragon Truck drifting through space.  He laid flat on his back under the covers of his Japanese futon, seeming to have slept for a lot longer than he wanted.

Then again, the comforting environment he set up in his Dragon Truck before dozing off was too comforting for him think about anything but another hour or so of sleep.  Not perticularly in a mood to rouse himself up, he turns to his left side and falls back to sleep, letting the Dragon Truck continue to drift around the orbit of RPM until he got another call for delivery.

*having finished everything with the Hot-el, Flame spontaneously appeared in a corner of the Neko cafe, sipping tea, watching the competition unfold.*
(Can i just be a spectator?)

(If you want)

Ryuta smirks as he overhears some of th conversation going on between the competitors, some presuming the reason for coming to the Neko Cafe while others wondered what could be so important that they have to wait five more minutes for anymore of the participating competitors to show up.

"It'll only be a matter of time now...."

At least 50 of the other competitors had shown up at the counter in the Neko Cafe.  Any of the other competitors that were part of the first three challenges were most likely scared into submission by the invasion at the Sex Shack.

Ryuta stood behind the counter with Atsushi and Ittetsu flanking his sides as usual, and the head waitress in the background, holding an old fashion robe made of gold threads.

There is only five minutes left before he explains why everyone has to meet at the Neko Cafe for their next challenge.

Every broadcast in RPM flicker and switch to a picture of Ryuta sstanding before the counter of the Neko Cafe with his fists behind his back.

"Remaining participants of the Extreme Iron Chef competition," he began, "You may be wondering why the stations that I had set up yesterday have all been torn down.  For one thing, due to the fiasco that nearly cut your journey short, the Sex Shack has been momentarily closed down for maintenance and repairs.  But I have devised a solution that will ensure that you're journey continues regardless of who else gets in your way.  Those who want to continue fighting for the title of Extreme Iron Chef, come to the counter of the Neko Cafe.  I'll give you all one hour to gather any ingredients you need and show up; I'll explain why once you arrive.  Any later and I'll assume you bowed out and exclude you from future challenges."

[Inside the Neko Cafe]

The head catgirl waitress looks over to Ryuta, ears slightly drooped.

"And you're certain they'll be able to handle this job?" she asked.

"No worries," Ryuta said while taking out another pomato, "What I have in store once they get to that destination will be more hair-raising than the people they'll be delivering your orders to."

With everything broadcasting nicely, Hajime calls in his Robot Masters to clean up the station and keep it functional for as long as the rest of the galaxy needed satilite cable to watch their favorite shows, then heads back to his dragon truck parked in the unfortunate wasteland of the planet and sits in the truck bed to observe the color and shape of the diamonds Gaia paid him with.

With currency becoming little problem now a days, Hajime had grown to accept any payment that qualifies as currency: coins, jewals, golds, paper documents, even Paypal.  Once the people who moved into space find the gumption to come back here and referbish the planet they once abandoned, he might take the stuff he was paid with and pawn them for some actual zenny, given most of them aren't well crafted imitations that might lose him a few coins.

After a couple hours, Hajime pulled back and wiped his forehead, disregarding the fact that there was no moisture in space.

"There," he sighs through his built in re-breather, "Now to test it out and see if anyone can get any digital cable from the old TV station."

He swims back to his Dragon Truck and warps down to the last universal TV Station still standing in the ruins of RPM and heads inside, repairing and turning on the spinning satillite dish which sent a signal to the orbital satillite to transfer the feed to every other satillite programmed to pick up and broadcast the shows that were playing throughout the walls of the TV station.

Wires came out of Hajime's arsenal pack as they pick up the diamonds and retract back inside to store somewhere safe.  He bows sharply to Gaia in respect for a successful trade.

"It was good doing business with you," he said as he straightens up and heads for his Dragon Truck.

He turns the controls back to manual and drives off back into the vastness of space, returning to the satilite he was at earlier to continue tinkering with it's signal controls.
