How is a broken buster a BAD thing? it has increased range and power, and at least doesnt re-use X4's stock charge sprite for the shot.

Maybe to the untrained eye there would be no noticeable difference. True, the shots both use a blue base with a golden shock wave running along the outside, but they're entirely different sprites!

I think this says it all. Zero's X5 buster shot is a lot smaller. It is clear they didn't reuse any portion of the stock shot for Zero's buster!

It's kind of weird seeing two very different art styles in one like this.

I still approve of this though.

X6 had a great story, but damn were there a ton of level and design blunders. Compressors, inconsistent graphics, rushed localization, not to mention Zero's suicide dive. The list goes on and on.

Am I the only one NOT happy about the massive fan input on this project?

There is a very good reason designers don't do this, and one look at fan games and fanfics is enough to show why.

Now that's pretty slick.

858
Sensei's is the best of the bunch, but honestly I am not really digging any of them all that much.

Looks slick. I like the counter move, but I hope it doesn't become unbalanced when people get use to using it.

When someone asked a question about Battle Network, everyone Booo'd.

Sounds about right.

Will the 3DS be able to download and play DSi ware?

862
Yeah, I was planning a replay of the series as well. I'll do it some time later before release, so that I can refresh my memory of everything that happened.

863
This thread makes me think we should have all the Legends series OST's up for a "re-release download" just for the occasion.

865
It still hasn't sunken in yet. Legends 3, being made. It's a reality. It hasn't hit me yet...

It was a day per match.

It seemed like the polls closed and tallied before a whole day was up. It didn't seem like you were having them for 24 hours straight before the next.

That was a pretty cool poll thread. It moved a little quick though. A lot of times in the later rounds I didn't get to vote because voting closed so quickly.

868
I recall Inafune mentioned they made the engine with Legends in mind, but that doesn't necessarily mean it would play exactly like that.

However... I don't think it would be all that bad. LP gives you a bit of auto aim within its cross-hairs, and moves pretty fluidly. Increase jump, and maybe increase the auto-aim scope for the sake of user-friendly-ness, and you're good to go.

EXE / Re: Is Battle Network good as pokemon?

EXE games are way better than Pokemon. Why? Because the battles are at least action based, not boring turn based crap.

Why not just go to a comic book store and buy it, like I did?  8D

I've heard long ago such establishments existed. Scientists speculate it could just be a myth though.

As a fighter it's a mild success being a completely unbalanced cheap fest, but pretty to look at and interesting.

What they really need to do is take this gameplay, and turn it into a large stage adventure game. It would be so damn fun.

I am pleased. It's the only Musou game I like (could change with HnK).

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

(More Apollo would be nice, even as a cameo.)

Link doesn't appear to be working for me.
