The X series mangas.

THIS. I got all of the Megamix and Gigamix set. Waiting for Gigamix3 to ship. I would die to have the X mangas come over too! Day 1 perorders for me.

I think that Powered Up didn't visually capture the original appeal of Megaman. Megaman was obviously kiddy, but I never perceived it to be baby kiddy. A more refined Megaman Universe ascetic would be more accurate. Universe had a lot of refining to do though.

I'm OK with waiting as long as it's good. Id rather not have a rushed production, and crappy output.

It IS important for them, since they're a first time contestant in the genre, to get things as right as they possibly can. Otherwise they may be overshadowed, and get swept up by the big boys, never to release again. And even if they tried, would anyone pay them any mind if the firs tone sucked? This is their one and only shot, and I think they realize this.

Seems most people aren't even interested in OCR here. Took a work week for a reply in this thread, and when Darkesword posted something about OCR prior everyone ignored it completely. Glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't like shitty techno and remixes where the original song cannot be heard anymore.

Capcom has me by the balls with Street Fighter and MVC. If it wasn't for that, I could boycott them completely. I'll play the games one way or another, but the company will never see the revenue from me.

DLC kinda throws a monkey wrench into that type of plan though. You cant second hand or pirate DLC typically without sacrificing something big like online play. So for Capcom fighters, they got me one way or another. I just can't pass it up.

Get lost. Seriously. If you don't care about Legends 3, that's fine. However, Legends 3 was a gigantic injustice on all levels and there is no denying that. We should be mad, and a few months should not quell it. Many have still not given up the fight, myself included.

If we gave up so easily, I'd never believe we were waiting 10 years for this game to come out.

Unshared EXP is actually a perverse incentive. It promotes leaving other characters unused much more than shared does. The simple truth is not everyone wants to redo a level, and or older areas, with the other character just to grind and get everyone at the same standing. This leads to characters getting forgotten, and too far behind the curve for people to care about using them. It leads to people saying "screw it, grinding is boring, I'll just keep using Zero" or "I want to play the next level, but Zero isn't as powerful so I can't use him, I'll continue to use X". The whole thing becomes a great inconvenience for the player, while shared EXP keeps all characters accessible and usable when a need for them arises.

The slide pad is not ridged as Nintendo's usual analogue sticks are; you have to put a fair amount of pressure on it to keep your grip.

I noticed this too. However, the reason seems to be simply it doesn't handle skin oil build up as well as ridged ones. Simply wipe your circle pad off, and your thumb off, and it'll be fine. That's all I had to do.

I would do it in the manner of, the 'points' you acquire to upgrade stuff, gets acquired for all characters. You use them per character differently. You may need to reconsider how much payout each point giving event gives though.

Like an RPG where all characters receive the same amount of EXP regardless if they're currently active in the party or not.

It's obvious. The wild coil, if used properly, can reach high heights which is advantageous to hit flying enemies. It also covers a lot of vertical ground since it bounces.
