Here's a few of mine.. Other might be funnier than mine..

Rosenkreuzstilette ~Blades of the Rose Cross~
"Playing Tag" - Luste's stupidity can be exploited to make fighting her a LOT easier. Whenever you get close to her, she'll leap over you like Metal Man does, except in this case there's no conveyor belt to unwillingly move you all over the place. And whenever she's trying to get away from me, I'm like "Oh, playing 'tag' now are we?" since she loves to play games with Spiritia. Even though she's an idiot, I still love her~ <3 X3

"Mocking Death" - Similar case with "Playing Tag", but not as easy or exploitable; you'd probably need good timing for pull this off. During the second phase of the battle with Thanatos (a.k.a. Raimund Seyfarth), he'll fire off a counter attack if you press the Fire button and jumps from one side of the screen to the other if he's hit. This is where it gets kinda funny. With Seelegewehr and proper timing, you can smack him with a fully charged Seelegewehr while jumping over his counter attack, quickly slide to where he was after he jumps over, Seelegewehr [sonic slicer]-slap him again while hoping over his red scythe beam of doom, wash-rinse-repeat.

More to come...

You know, I was expecting Xbox 360 version of Trouble Witches NEO! to have bad English and translation. But then I played the demo, and HOLY [tornado fang] SNK Playmore blew my expectation off it's hinges! The English voice dubbing and English translation are as terrible as Castle Shikigami 2's. Every voice actor sound as they're just reading the script rather than to actually ACT the roles they're playing. And just when I had Hard Corps: Uprising's English dub pegged as bad, Trouble Witches NEO! take the cake in BAD ENGLISH.

Thank God they gave players the option of Japanese voices...

.... My brother's PC can run Dead Space 2 at full-screen with 1440x900 resolution (which is the highest this monitor can go), anti-aliasing and high / very high shader and detail settings just fine, ALLYTNEX Second at 60 FPS no problem, Tenshou Tenshi VALFORCE A-OK, and yet Dynamarisa's demo (and probably the full game once it comes out) gets horrendous load times - load times that take up 5-10 minutes to load the game between stages - on my brother's PC? B(

Either my brother needs to get a new processor, or this game needs to be fixed to stop these forsaken load times for less-than-stellar processors. LOL, since when did doujin games became as demanding as Western PC games?
And for anyone at DoujinStyle, yes I pretty much copied and pasted this from my own comment from their Dynamarisa topic and posted it here. Woo.

-EDIT-
Frontier Aja just released an update to Stranger's Requiem. Some bug fixes, mirror changes, and an Auto-Update feature to automatically update the game to it's latest version.

Those months I was really busy with my college things, I had no so much time for drawings, but I am updating with this...

Toua = East Asia

http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn194/Akira_Corp/TouaEastAsia.png

This title it is the first stage of Dodonpachi Daioujou also it similar to Touhou.

I drew some background in this drawing, I do not know if it is good or no...  The characters are Reimu (Touhou project) and A.I (Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu), always I see hate between those games but I like the genre and CAVE and ZUN keeps alive the Shmup/STG/ Danmaku genre. This drawing represents the love of the genre, very japanese too...

A.I (Seifuku/Sailor outfit)  (Do-Don-Pachi Dai-Fukkatsu)

Hakurei Reimu (Miko/Shrine maiden) (Touhou Project)

*sigh* Second time this computer's hard drive been nuked thanks to cyber-chlamydia. Plus I nuked the 1TB external hard drive myself to make sure no viruses would come back. -AC Good thing I prepared for this day. With MS Security Essentials, Avast, and Malwarebytes installed on Day 1 after the Fat Man nuking, I should be fine of the most part...

I'm kinda in the same boat like you, except that I don't have a job. Years before, I didn't get these games as soon as they came out, or get games as frequently as I'm getting them now. Right now I got my hands on Mario Kart DS 2 months ago, and that game came out like 6 years ago. So I'm pretty much a dinosaur with Mario Kart DS... I got my copy of Marvel VS. Capcom 3 kinda late, and the online players are already kicking my ass in that game. I never even knew about Triggerheart Exelica (even though Warashi half-assed the XBLA version), Shadow Complex, or any XBLA game until I got my own Xbox 360 S since I played with my brother's crappy old Xbox 360 because the f-ing thing couldn't get me online. Even now I haven't got to experience a DSi or DSi XL, and yet where already at 3DS' era and I missed out on all these DSiWare games like Shantae. Heck, I'm even thinking of holding off 3DS until my next birthday because I can't think of any games I'd want for it that's already out or that's going to come out in the U.S.

Man, the heroine has legs!  :o So does her friend or rival.

The artist has a lot influences from a bunch of stuff, both Eastern and Western. I can see some Chun-Li with some old-school cartoons and Western comics with Filia's design. Although the one who looks the most cartoony now is Peacock.

Here's Reverge Labs' official site: http://revergelabs.com/ ^^

Lots of neat art from the artists of Reverge Labs and the fans. This one is my favorite thus far.

Ikaruga (voiced by Asami Imai)

DO WANT (especially Hibari)~ owo *shoves Izuna and Shizune of Izuna The Unemployed Ninja out of the way*

Oh you~ 8D

But in all seriousness, I hope this isn't too lewd to see a release outside of Japan.

General / Re: Computer Problem Thread
« on: April 17, 2011, 06:20:06 PM »
I'm not sure if anyone can help me with my problem. Here's the TL:DR version:

Quote from: ViperAcidZX @ DoujinStyle
Long story short: Thanks to Norton for being a greedy s.o.b. and we refuse to play a fee to keep anti-virus protection going, a bunch of viruses and malware attacked my brother's computer and SeaGate GoFlex 1TB external hard drive. We took care of the viruses and malware on the PC, but brother's worried about the viruses still plaguing the external hard drive. That external hard drive has all of my personal belongings; doujin games, my RKS guide, music, pictures, anime, etc., and I want to be able to use it again.

If there's anyway to save it and purge the viruses on it without destroying all of our stuff in it, I'd really appreciate any possible help I can get.
Other TL:DR version: http://amethystviper.deviantart.com/journal/39873424/

I installed Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware and Avast, while my brother installed AVG, which was after the fiasco. All of the viruses and malware that was in the PC was dealt with already, but my brother's worried about the infection that's in the 1TB external hard drive and I need to know if there's a way to purge any remaining viruses from it.

The artstyle and how they handle visuals (being a 2D game with all the dice of a 3D engine) really does interest me. The game kinda reminds me of Vanguard Princess but more of Tatsunoko VS. Capcom.

Michael McWhertor — If you like your fighting games strictly on a two-dimensional plane and with just a single gender, you might want to start paying attention to Skullgirls, a new independently developed fighting game coming to "high-definition home consoles."

Skullgirls is the work of Reverge Labs, lead by ex-Pandemic developer and fighting game expert Mike "Mike Z" Zaimont. It's a combo-laden girl-versus-girl brawl, pitting girls with deadly hair and short skirts against each other in mortal combat. And now, after making a few appearances at fighting game tournaments and conventions, Skullgirls is coming to consoles.

The game's distinctive art style comes courtesy of artist Alex Ahad, whose work can be browsed on deviantART.

Skullgirls roster features characters like Valentine, a nurse ninja; the demon-haired Filia; a girl who wears hulking arms for a hat, Cerebella; and zombie cutie Squigly.

Expect Skullgirls to hit Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this summer, even if those consoles haven't been officially announced, with our first proper hands-on preview happening next month.

To see early video of Skullgirls in action, enjoy some pre-release footage.

Skullgirls will be published by Autumn Games.
