Forum Games / Re: "What Are You Thinking Now?"
« on: March 29, 2013, 04:28:21 AM »
So I was sifting through TV Tropes in the Darth Wiki section earlier, checking the "So Bad, It's Horrible" entries for toys, and here I remembered a dangerous toy I had when I was about 5 or something. Not sure anyone remembered this, but it was toy that you pull a string and launch a figure with foam propellers in the air. I had the "boys" version of such a toy called Dragon Flyz with dudes and dragon; there was a "girls" version with fairies but I have no fuckin' what clue they were called. So what these toys so damn dangerous is you can easily hit or break something -- lamps, vase, your face, your friends' or siblings' face, your pet, a window -- it could go on.

Why did the Plasmid Pack DLC for BioShock 1 that came with my copy of Ultimate Rapture Edition screw-up on me?! It's missing tonics and plasmids that's supposed to be there and there were supposed to cost 1 ADAM in the game but that's not the case. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing fixes this. :|

cancelled two years ago

they still have a few good shows, you gotta avoid the [parasitic bomb] though.

Oh I know, though I was kinda referring to the CN Real stuff where they have a bunch of shitty live-action shows. But thanks to Incredible Crew (and Hall of Game), it seemed like Cartoon Network didn't take a hint from all the flamming and trolling before.

Back on topic, back in my day, it wasn't cool to like ponies if you were a guy.

Back in my day there was no need to say "back in my day"
/shocking

Not unless you're a grandparent telling your grandchildren "Why, back in my day...". 8D

Back in my day, Cartoon Network was the [parasitic bomb], but now they plagued with [parasitic bomb] like Incrediblely Stupid Crew and Dude What Would HappenIf They [tornado fang]'d Right Off?.

Good, GI is [parasitic bomb] anyway. Biased as all [tornado fang].

Remember, they gave Paper Mario: TTYD a 6.

They gave Sonic 06 better marks than Shadow.
They gave Sonic 4 E1 better marks than E2 AND Generations.

They're [parasitic bomb].

Well that's stupid. Good thing only older brother subscribes. I want game reviews, I turn to Game Trailers or Adam Sessler.

Tom & Je--wait, wrong characters... '>.>

It's nothing.

Wow.

Posting in this thread when you don't even have a signature, I don't know what to say Vixy...

She does have one, it's just that a glitch is making it disappear.

o>w<o nya~ *nibble on her* *bouncing happiness*

She's my pet and my favorite character and here's why~

You look great in Momiji's outfit. The first one gorgeous and cute too. owo

Complements to Akira, no doubt. Kinda wish he was here right now.

It's been a while since I seen him here but I can guess he's got his hands full at the moment.

:o I don't know what kind of bug just happened, but my signature is gone!

Last thing I remember, I saw a forum error while posting in the listening thread. I don't have signatures turned on so it's interesting to see it disappear without notice. >U<

I need to check the old databases later to get it back. ^^;

Yeah I was wondering what happened to your signature at the "Add a Caption to the Previous Poster's Signature". ::)

Oh dear it's weird not seeing that epic parade of sprites.

My thoughts exactly.

So apparently the next Thief game is going to be a reboot.

This month's issue of Game Informer has the game as the issue's cover story. I might look into it...

Damn, any longer and they could have made a million off this. Still regret not being able to help. :'(

And speaking of characters, could any of these be candidates?

God, Abaddon is starting to remind me of Gluttony and Cerberus from Dante's Inferno.

I'd love to see Molly kicking ass with this telephone mech-armor à la Tron Bonne from MvC3. XD

Hot teacher by day, sexy dominatrix by night. 8D

Adding some Egyptian flair to this? I like.

A cool member who enjoyed looking at my 3DS activity when I was playing Project X Zone. >U<
Kind, understanding, has mad skills in shoot 'em ups and a bunch of other games, and makes good chiptune music. You're also zetta sexy, too! :3

-EDIT-
The most relaxed of any forum admin I've encountered.
A fellow fan of RE4.

Is not that ridiculous.

An awesome person who is really dedicated to her games.
Not afraid get help from others in games.

pick one

Yeah, I doubt Mac has a library of games as extensive as Windows (especially from indie and doujin games), unless Wine helps.

Oh that is hell. One of the rescue missions were damn near impossible because you fought that boss before doing the rescue mission. Somehow they expected you to get an A rank (or whatever it was) even though many of the buildings were already destroyed due to the boss battle. I gave up on that trophy altogether.

Can Trophies/Achievements be unlocked on Easy?

Well, like Leon said when encountering that chick pitchforked to a wall.
"Guess there's no sex discrimination here..."

On that note, I love the comedy in this game. It doesn't take itself so seriously. It's really refreshing considering so many mature titles nowadays are lacking in comedic value.
"Okay, I have only one, very important question: You got a smoke?"
"Got gum."
Salazar: "I've sent my right hand to dispose of you." >BD
Leon: "Your right hand comes off?" :\

There's even a Trophy/Achievement in the HD version called "Secure the Ballistics". XD

Bayonetta has some of its funny moments too.

First I get jumpscared in the bathroom then some [chameleon sting]er with a chainsaw shows up.
This game guys.
Funny part is that in Ada's side of the story, one of those hags standing in the guy's place instead. XD

It's not that it aged terribly. It's that the 2nd one is so ungodly awesome that there's no reason to ever play the first one again.

Pretty much this sums it all up, except I never once played the first Z.O.E before, which is one of reasons why I want the HD Collection for my Xbox 360 so badly. To quote Game Trailers' review of the HD Collection, Z.O.E 1 is pretty much a lukewarm appetiser for the delicious main course that became Z.O.E The 2nd Runner.

Well it looks I got another $5 in Happy Tickets for Happy Wars free. Maybe now I buy hair color to go with the hairstyles I bought about a year ago.

Well I ordered ZOE HD collection today.

That's my girl!  8)
Dammit, why do I still have to the to one miss out on seeing Jehuty in 1080p (despite not having an HDTV)...? :'(

I think that second one is from Qwaser after some Danbooru searches I did earlier.  She's hawt and so is this post. =w=b

-EDIT-
Damn, shoulda known that artwork of Tomo Yamanobe was from Uno Makoto, the character artist of the Witchblade anime. owo

-EDIT-
Wait Uno actually worked on Qwaser? Now I'm intrigued to watch the anime...

I think I need a new monitor.
A bigger one? My brother's monitor is 1920x1080 though I wished I had something like this for my Xbox 360. Really want to see my games in 1080p and be able to read the damn text for once. Devs are so inconsiderate of those stuck with 4:3 CRT TV.
