There's Format Factory, I tried it and it's safe to use, it can convert PNG's to ICO's, and MP3's to MP4's. It's a multiconverter. :p

Still, it may be a good watch. I haven't seen an OVA in years except the Sonic OVA, Dragonball movies, Pokemon movies, the Gundam W OVA, the Super Mario OVA and the Rockman.exe OVA.

It probably is, since it contains half-assery (re-use of official artwork (notably the Zero mugshot), badly drawn X (Armor's slightly off from the origional design) and Casshern (arms are a too close together, possibly too thin), and what appears to be a fan-character of someone that knows how to write japanese) and RPG Maker-esque graphical quailties.

As an unexpected turn of events if SF ever appears in a SRW like Sega's Vurtual ON, it's gonna be akward having Kira scream at as Panther is saying "Hey You! You Suck! *fires missile*".
