Is one guy who I know that may have his sanity still intact. Then again, nobody really has any sanity whatsoever, yay! 8D

In a long time ago, in a galaxy far away..
A green ogre, by the name of Shrek..
picked the wrong day for a fight.
He got the ultimate beatdown...

By a powerful sith lord...
My, my Mr. Ogre..
Why did you pick a fight?
With Vader why?
That was stupid, how can you tell Fiona?
That you're dead?

By now, you are a cloak, for vader's cape.
In the washer... and into the dryer..

Gaia, still outside, was waiting for at least ONE racer to come out of the damned ruins. He turns around and asks the person next to him.

Gaia: What the hell is going on in there? It's been nearly a full day and no racer has resurfaced yet, and yet I hear a loud roar coming from the Protector. What the [tornado fang] are they doing?!

Compared to the tree? Yeah, I had two other people say that too. Then again, it's me finally getting a hang of Background construction. About the eyes, I'll get on it.

And the sprite of the day is...

SPEKTROX, KHRAXEL'S BOSS CHARACTER!

1.

2.

First, we have the most important part: How he fights the first time you encounter him. He will appear (and dissapear) VIA black flame, but when he summons his sattelite weapons, the fight begins for the first time. The Sattelite weapons make the fight here, so listen up if you want to damage him good.

His sattelite weapon works like in a certain franchise, but more deep. It will work around like usual, but faster for better protection. When they move infront of him near eachother, they will form a light-screen type barrier, which will deflect ranged projectiles back at the player.

They will fade if enough hits each (around 2-5 HP's worth), but you want the big guy himself. The battle may not end, but he will be defenseless for a short period of time, a perfect oppurtunity to strike him with a melee weapon (perferably NOT your fists! he will take 1 1/2 damage, so bare fists are useless in this fight!).

Then they will perform an arrow formation, which will allow Spektrox to shoot one or more fireballs (MAX 3) at the player. Don't try evading if you are close to Spektrox, the orbs will hurt on contact (8 pixels worth of damage here.. ouch).

As for how tall he is, I made his current form the same height as the main protagonist, but he's a shape-shifter, so that may change later on. You can listen to his theme in the origional creator's topic here, on RPM.

My PSP's name is Coco, and it's moe anthromorph is a girl with a bandage on her head and nose because she keeps tripping over, thus the CD and batteries keep sliding out in the process, but the PSP itself is durable after 15 falls and accidents, hence the name.

(WTF Have I done? Restless spirits from the Protector's previous meals go unrest here. XD)

Now the protector has gone for a stroll, just to go to his favorite lake for drinking. This spells caution for the racers. Crossing paths with this beast will either have one's soul or mind devoured and left to become senile. This might have not been the best place for a race course.. AT ALL.

Did you know that before the race even began, a man unententionally fed this thing with a few Lakitus? Not filling, but residents of the Mushroom Kingdom will warrant a drink due to their salty taste, being exposed to a plumber's foot for so long.

[Just think of it as a last hurrah from the Protector]

During the same time, the Protector had his filling of sanity, if anyone, or anything, wasn't devoured whole.

Protector *in thought*: RRR, dern whippershnappers..

Ooooh [parasitic bomb], bring on the Mr.T-voiced Garterbelt!  XD

Subtitles might be a good thing, too. I see a bright future indeed.

Now for anime-based shite..

From the looks of this, you can tell I had Unlimited Practice Works. Basically, the mostly-drawn type I've ever had practice in.. 100% trace-free.  -AC
And yeah, I know the girl's right (our left) seems a bit big, and the boy's hand isn't pointing straight down, but you get the picture. This was done in school too for both, and I had little time for each and I kept adding one bit when I got home. >.>

Something I spent most of my resources on.

I wanted to send a pm, but in the end decided to post here.

This a PM I got from Gaia... regarding this game, and I don't exactly understand what you were trying to say here, man. As I don't remember even saying anything about this game, let alone lashing out on you. So, wut.

To make myself more clearer, as soon as the 3DS was announced, I predicted games like this would follow. Guess they were true, and sorry for making myself more clear. ^^;

Speaking of which, because of the concept, most likely it will be one of the 3DS's first JAP-Only games due to it's content, yeah. >.>

Well, I might have to say that I've seen those on Deviantart once. Here's a funny thing though, remember when Lilirulu drew a girl with a mouth for her gut before this game was announced? Although, a scale reference chart of each girl would be nice though to have as a reference.

It's one random variable in the already complicated catch formula. I don't understand why it's dumb; if anything, it makes things easier on those of us who like catching everything in Pokeballs.

Quote
On rare occasions, a thrown Pokeball (any kind) will spin in the air (either before or after it sucks up the Pokemon) and catch it immediately with no shakes. I don't know how rare it is, though.

Those is what it is. :/

PS2 port is best, in my opinion. While with a better controller and Sonic Rush style cutscenes, plus no lag on certain stages, I guess PS2 ver. > Wii ver.

Anime & Manga / Re: What Anime are you Currently Watching?
« on: April 14, 2011, 09:43:47 PM »
Let's see..

Yesteray was anime so.. Half an ep of Zombie (Spoiler Alert! Hellscythe leaves the party.. for now), following a sampler of FLCL (The OVA with the burn't-down school). Day before that was a Ghibli film Pom Poko (Like all Ghibli films, I highly recommend it!). That has got to be one of the highlights of anime for this week. Monday was an random anime short (forgot the title). Now for Tiger & Bunny (IF I ever get to it..).

For the Wolerine anime it was meh, in my opinion. 3rd time a Marvel character has gone to Japan though, I think it's getting old. >.>
And usually I end up watching anime anyway from the kitchen while getting a sandwhich, sometimes it gets distracting.

I learned that with enough practice and a large number of references, I can get the amerimanga style I want. :)

Looks like the homepage is up.

GGPO eh? Sounds like we have ourselfs a possible lag-free game when it goes online (I for one never used GGPO). If internet should lag, that's your connection going bad on your part~

Left: Rush looks undoubtedly awesome. Right: Just want to say, not my thing. >.>

It's for when Nintendo decides to pull a cocktease by giving us an event 'mon that's hard to catch (I.E. Low Catch Rate), silly~

Why what?

Well, as Akamaru pointed out, there's a great increase of Legendaries out there. But, it would've been helpful if they were nice enough to include the extra masterball in the other games too legally. :)
