What about Sonic Robo Blast? Or the fanvids of Sonic 3?

And what about the spriting talents that come from the fanbase? I've seen some SERIOUS badassery come off of it. Here, let me show ye a sample:

This took a lot of trial and error so it could match the character's design, even though he appeared in the 3D saga, and it's a collaboration no doubt.

But eh, [parasitic bomb] happens.

i see this kinda stuff a lot in the pokemon fandom, people are so fixated on the older games being the "only true games in the series" and are completely closed off to any change or improvement new games might have, even with their flaws.

to me it just seems like people are trying to find something to argue about to make themselves feel bigger.

Oh right I forgot... but that also reminds me, the sonic fans themselves seems to be in a stalemate with one-another, whoopdedo. Now to make a Slang Man.

While it might be commonplace, but I seem to hum a peice of music from my favorite video games, including the ones based on the SNES Gundam titles. Dynasty Warriors: Gundam may be good and I can tolerate Gundam: Crossfire and enjoy the Battle Assult games; but I will always enjoy the SNES Gundam games the most~

I've met a few fans that love the games as much as the other media, plus they are a talented bunch of spriters too. I just don't get why 95% of the "fanbase" seems to hate the games he stars in, then again, it's hard to please the oldies and the "freshmen" at the same time, is it?

Also, I can't get Endless Duel's menu theme outta my head. DAMN SNES MUSICAL PROCESSING POWAH!

Holy [parasitic bomb], everybody knows that the Sonic Community has a bad reputation but that doesn't mean they can be put under fire! Jeez, it's Open Season at Deviant Art..

That's how it looked in Mecha Green Hill Zone in Sonic Chaos, so I followed that example... I guess it doesn't work. I might have to re-think that.. Got any ideas?

Here's a fun fact: Most of the custom levels I have, I have an apparent craving that there needs to be a fence in each level..

That was supposed to be the fence, but yeah. I guess the fence's coloring kinda kills it. I can get around to it when I can, but in the meantime can I get color suggestions for the fence?

Hmm, from the looks of the amount of colors, it's starting to look like a 16-bit style (16 colors+ Transparency max.).

A Sonic the Game Gear level, go figure. But it's a Work In Progress.

Oh yeah, I can totally see this working. I've seen certain movies centered around mystery that's not scooby doo and they've been grand. With Pheonix Wright heading to the silver screen I do hope this goes well.. unlike those other Capcom-Based series of movies..

Plus these actors could actually fit their roles.

EXE / Re: Liberation Missions: How they be better?
« on: May 24, 2011, 07:14:46 PM »
Terrains could have more of a role in the missions too, ala Shining Force, and Possibly with the Geo Symbols that Disgaea had going on at the time. Basically, there could have been more units, but the elements, which play a major role in the main game, should have been used in the Liberation Mission maps too.

A cracked panel on the overworld or two would make the player think otherwise with his melee fighters.. but most of them were RANGED. It would've been nice to have Junk Man units or Norm. Navi units as extra help, considering how annoying it was to clear a dark panel in three turns if enemies had the vantage point (more dark panels surrounding you, etc).

Yeah, what's the point if terrains only affected the battle screen and not the main overworld, aside from the "Dark Panels", which could have been perfect "Douche Panels", which harm you and heal your foes on the overworld like a normal poison field would.

Not that I have a problem with SEED, it's that sometimes it's moments drag for 3 episodes, but eh. SEED's not my cup o' tea. I don't recall, but was there a Gundam with hot chicks..? Oh wait, the MS-Tans, 'doh. Or I could be completely wrong.. 3D I guess it's because it was not as popular as it's bretheren, and rather obscure. Even when the CG's not specifically SD and more mech. Oh well.

Holy [parasitic bomb] Disney is BACK. From all the [parasitic bomb] like boybands and chicklficks and I thought they were never gonna get thier mojo back.. boy I was wrong. With Pirates 4, Toy Story 3, and this definately is nostalgia rush for me.. yeah. Nice to see them return.

Not really...I liked only a few episodes...the rest was, meh.
This special...I was waiting for the hilarious you mentioned.

It kinda felt like a side story to me.. Or the aftermath of select episodes of previous episodes from the first season. Dunno. Not as entertaining as the episodes themselves. Eh, I think I'll wait for the possibility of a Season 2.. I don't know why certain side stories don't amuse me as much as others.. eh.

There's always room for improvement, ya know. I'm open to suggestions here. I was thinking making the Liberation Mission-style gameplay a bit more faster paced, giving the option to either skip the entire battle phase and watch the battle animation in the overworld, etc.

Plus the ability to PICK where your unit be placed in the "corrupt area" to "cleanse" instead of free-roam.

Let me see here.. I don't know if I could make a tactical RPG who's system is totally based on Battle Network 5's Liberation Missions.. with a totally diffrent setting..

The way all of them are placed, you could have them being placed in the front, back, right or left and with enough composition, you'll have a menacing piece.

That's what I'm trying to go with there. >.>

In a moot point, yeeeah. Looks like I've planned out my grass+water deck (water backing up grass since it would steam through all-fire decks no prob while grass will bruise null element pokes), so yeah.
