Gone fishin. Then deerhunting. Then he was game over.
Hit by a maverick laundry van. I'd buy ten copies.

I'm confident, though, that I'm the only person in the community that doesn't want to see Elf Wars made as a game, and that if that game happens, it'll come around at the same time as the Castlevania game covering "The Battle of 1999".

Main difference is that it wouldn't such for [parasitic bomb] like current X story line. Lol copy chi-...well it all sucked starting at 7.
This.

Also, watch ep. 2, you'll wish we had canine companions in the latter series as well.

And these links... why the hell don't these guys take the, uh, sane route and did that for Leda? She's basically asking for it.

(how in any way do you expect an SNES-style Axl to be done well?)
Oxymoron!

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT

INCORRECT BLITZ INPUT MEME USAGE

Well [tornado fang] YOU

That also reminds me I need to upload the loss-less non stretched cutscenes of X6 sometime soon. >.>

And who's tired about every boss have to be an animal?
I am.

156
They should get their Breath of Fire teams to work on that.
Uh... far as I know, a lot of the BoF staff was in. Kitabayashi prides himself in creating the series even. I had checked a listing of the staff and it seemed a lot of the staff in CM was also in at least Dragon Quarter.

But I don't think we'll be seeing another CM2 anytime soon if ever, now that Inafune commands (punchline drumroll) all the Mega Man series again.

157
I don't like the designs SPECIALLY in the CGI scenes to be honest. Maybe it's because of the close-ups but I don't remember X's buster in X7's or CM's looking full of rough edges, nearly all-squared, like in X8's. And to me when everybody is trying to pose badass when Failmeenay is delivering his retarded speech before the final battle it looks plain stupid. I don't know if it's because of the designs or if whoever modelled them couldn't make the poses properly, but still.

3 way much?
also, I love how they say that it was to make robots who could reproduce, yet it doesnt seem like they can take their suits off... ( I might be wrong, I mean, hey, If the helmet can dissapear into thin air  and reappear from it and Dio can fit all that damn hair into one of em, anything can happen.)
I was honestly hoping we'd see Casshern's helmet morphing when he was going psycho (for like, the 99th time) in this episode. Alas, not the case.

As for that saying of my previous post, I bumped out on something that Lyuze loves it more than Leda >.> Go figure.

159
I wonder what Inafking would think about this.
Probably "Who the hell are half of these characters?".

160
I miss the times I so far as wanted an X9.

On second thought, I don't.

Those tans was done by bunjikun plus a few others.
It's a project, not sure if anything like a doujin game will be made...
I sent it her way, and her only reply was a pretty stupid anime emoticon that I think is from RO.

Either way, thanks for the help.

I'll let DZ post it here about what kills replay value since our opinions are the same. It has a "five" in the title.

Rockman Series / Re: The Many Voices of Megaman

Meguma Ogata (X1)

ZERO
Wayne Dozier (X4)
It's actually Megumi Ogata for X1's "Hadouken" voice. For some weird reason, though, that mention has recently been erased from Ogata's site.

As for X4's Zero, IIRC the credits read "Wayne Doster".

There was also some debate going on a while ago whether Shiraishi voiced either X or Iris in X4, but if Rock in MM8 is Shiraishi and seeing their voices are identical from one game to another, that's a moot point.

I know that for Rock himself, Shiina Hekiru (Hikaru in Magic Knight Rayearth) provided his voice in the "Wish Upon a Star" OVAs and "Power Battle" and "Power Fighters" as well as the drama tracks of legend with Mega Zaurus and all that. Reportedly people said Ai Orikasa did him in Rockman 8 and  Super Adventure Rockman, Kaoru Fujino in both Marvel vs. Capcom and Yumiko Kobayashi for Rockman Rockman - as pointed above by Gonzo's post. Didn't read it until now. D'oh.

I also heard that they casted whoever did Axl in the CM~X8 dubs for Rock's part in Powered Up. Don't know the veracity of this claim though.

I had a listing of the voice actors from X4 and forward detailing each of their roles, since they always end up doing some of the bosses for good measure, but lost it because the DVD they were on farted kerosene (in other words, died all of a sudden), so the following list will be incomplete. Regardless, the main ones would be (japanese names first just for the heck of it, and if there isn't a parenthesis that character has not had a different voice actor for all of the games accounted here):

Alia - Rumiko Kasahara, Rumiko Varnes (X7), Mariette Sluyter (X8)
Axl - Takayama Minami (MUKURO in YuYu Hakusho), Lenne Hardt (X7), Jeffrey Watson (CM~X8)
Colonel - Jin Yamanoi, Matthew Meersbergen
Double - Either John O' Conner or Jeremy Felton for the US version
Douglas - Wataru Takagi
Dr. Light - Shozo Izuka (Rockman 8), Hirokazu Sasayama (X8), Tomohisa Asô (IHX), Randal Wiebbe (X8~MHX), Jim Byrnes (Ruby Spears)
Dr. Wily, Isoc - Takeshi Aono (X4 flashback, X6), Ian James Corlett (Captain N), Scott McNeil (Ruby Spears)
Dynamo - Showtaro Morikubo
Gate - Keiji Fujiwara
General - Ryuzaburo Otomo, Mark Hagan
High Max - Norio Wakamoto
Iris - Yuko Mizutani, Michelle Gazepis
Layer - Sonoko Kawata, Meredith Taylor-Parry
Lumine - Junko Noda, Elinor Holt
Palette - Haruna Mitsuma, Chris Simms
Red - Akio Ohtsuka, Barry Gjerde
Sigma - "Mugihito" (Makoto Terada / "Mugihito Tenchi"), Charlie Fontana (X4), Walter Roberts (X7), Dave Pettit (X8~MHX)
Signas - Hirotaka Suzuoki (X6, X7), Tsuneyoshi Iwatsuru (X8), Robert Belgrade (X7), Roger Rhodes (X8)
Vile - "Mugihito" (X8), Hiroshi Shimozaki (IHX), Roger Rhodes (X8~MHX)

That's keeping it 21XX. Next, 22XX.

All the better for some rather insane levels and difficulty, as per the norm for both games. (at least for Strider, not sure about Gargoyle's Quest)  [eyebrow]
Actually that was just to say that Isuke, who designed the AC Strider, left Capcom many years ago and is openly called a "Capcom misfit", and is rumoured to have had a breakdown when trying to port the game to the NEC Supergrafx. He isn't low profile, either. He's downright underground profile. And that thus, he'd not be back for a new Strider.

But he wasn't around for Strider 2 and that game is [tornado fang]ing sweet, so what the hell.

Strider, Gargoyle's Quest. Gather around the good staff and churn 'em out. The world wants them.

'course, in Strider's case it's not possible since Isuke is half a step from being a lunatic for all we hear.

E aí eu começo a falar em Português e vira a maior putaria.

I was right on avoiding spoilers, things were going to become [tornado fang]ing plot points. Knowing that Braiking had ordered Casshern spoiled one of the surprises, but at least they came clean about Leda and Dio as well. The funny thing is that they produced two males and one female. Well, I guess she just loves the cock that much.

Also weird that say that whole deal about the male and female types by first focusing on Casshern and then on Lyuze. And when they say whether there were successes or failures, then it cuts to Ringo. Hmm...

Oh, the ED is awesome too. I don't think it's going to become the standard ED for the rest of the series like some, more like it's a standalone one to celebrate the 13th episode milestone.

When I'm after info of a certain game, no matter if I know it from heads to tails, I check ALL the FAQs to see if there's anything I don't know or just some interesting input.

'course, if it's something humungous like an RPG I'll play Eenie-Minnie-Moe and the choosen one it is.

Also: CTRL+F/F3.

So this friend of mine found some pieces of fanart she wants to know whether they're from some sort of doujin game or whichever. She didn't tell me where she even found these to be honest. She tried registering here but apparently couldn't get her registration mail. Regardless:

And it's not of the same set but she thought it might worth looking into too:

My hunch is that it's only mockup pics, but who knows.

And to keep up with the drill motif:

I even missed there was an award going on, and I was surprised to see I so much as got voted. XD

Regardless, the brazilian comic book isn't called "New Adventures of Mega Man: The black dossier", just "New Adventures". I borrowed "The black dossier" from the latest volume of the "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" graphic novel, because it's that thing that has been lurking the net for several years like an urban legend and nobody bothered to say what the hell was it all about...

...until now.

Although, why wasn´t there no mention of the the Red Blaze in DC? I thought Firebrand is the redeemer of the Gargoyle Realm?
That's one of the tickets.

The "hobo demon" in the only town in the game says that "that fool, Firebrand, nearly burnt all of the Ghoul Realm some time ago", and that Phalanx saved them all. Phalanx wasn't the ruler of the Realm in Gargoyle's Quest II either. And the Red Blaze properly said is Firebrand in the Legendary Gargoyle form, if you talk to this same demon in that form he'll freak out. In the end although Firebrand saved the Ghoul Realm from Breager and the Destroyers, it wasn't without it's side effects.

Rockman ZX <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<.<³ Demon's Crest
Fix'd

I never heard that the Game Boy version would have additional areas. The Demon Darkness was one of my favorite NES titles discovered late (circa '98 when I played it on a friend's NES), I'm gonna look into that.

And since it's just Japanese, who knows if there'll be any differences script-wise or something to confirm my hunches regarding how GQII - DC - GQ connect.

I don't know why but recently it's all about the Colonel Iris. So let's add to that with one that is months old.
