Look, stupid obvious question cause I know everyone's gonna say English,

you don't know a damn thing about RPM. i'd think very few would go strictly English. there's a bunch around here that are weeaboo and won't listen to ANYTHING in English. but i'd say the majority would go half and half.

with me, it depends on the situation. if the English sounds good, i'll go with English. if the English is terrible or unavailable, i'll go with Japanese. if the English is laughably bad, like in the two examples you gave (MMX7 and Resident Evil), i'm going to go with English. as for other languages, i don't bother.

i think we've had this conversation before, actually.

What happens in Vegas stays on Youtube. I also stream on Twitch from time to time.

Doesn't really matter to me, as long as the acting's good and there's subtitles.  I'll listen to my cinemas in Swahili if the acting is better in that than in English.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.  I'm not sure if it was the crashed RPM or this one.

English. Possibly in another language, as long as it's subbed and I want to watch it.

if it was another language, I usually give both a shot.

And since well, I've watched alot of foreign films, i'm not so discriminative about the whole "I'd rather watch it in a language I understand despite the convenience of words below the original language lolololololol" bullshit.  So if one game/animation/film is from a country, I give both or more a shot, sometimes I don't (mostly if the film/game/animation is from NA itself or another english-speaking country).

amusingly, noone complained about Punch Out's varied set of languages 8D

I dunno. There's no obvious language advantage.
Some Disney movies for example sound much better to me in Swedish than English.
