Pikachu has mostly electric moves, and some sort of body slam move.
Butterfree and Vivillon both have a bug move, flying move, and a psychic move.
Vivillon has one fairy move, draining kiss or something.
Pidgeot, mostly flying moves.
GreNinja has a dark move, two water moves, and a psychic move.
Charizard, two fire moves, cut and strength.

It's not the best though.

Since your Pikachu is too weak, you may want to stick to moves that do at least normal damage.  Throw out a hit sponge and have them peck away at the Pokemon.  I spammed Aura Sphere quite often, so why not dump one of your Bug/Flying Pokemon into the box and pull out your Lucario?

On side note, has anyone tested to see if poke-amie has a voice recognition system? I read some info somewhere that it's compatible with the mic that if you said something (probably only like, two or three words), your pokemon would react or something.

I've messed with it a bit.  Not much, though.  However, when I was sick, my Pokemon would respond when I'd cough.

Anyway, I'm not gonna be doing this normally but I figured if I want all the eevees I'm gonna breed some instead of wasting my time catching a lot of them.

The male ones that I get will be Flareon, Jolteon and Umbreon, Vaporeon and Glaceon get to be girls so Sylveon isn't the only female eeveelution I have.

I never used my Pikachu in Yellow.  My breeding slaves also just sit in my box.  I want to evolve one for Pokedex completion sake, but I just haven't gotten around to it.

So I decided to start breeding high stat, hidden ability Eevees last night. I spent all of last night hatching eggs in order to get a female with the hidden ability, but it was only 2V.

I should have realised sooner that this would take a lot of time and effort (and sanity) to do.

I swear. I am going to drive myself to new levels of crazy. The more I try o win in Random battles, the more I lose. The anger levels are totally not safe for me. Doesn't help that sometimes, a freakin' player used Mewtwo, Zygarde, and their version Pokemons sometimes.

- Pikachu is the only pokemon with an actual voice in this game.
- Pikachu has never canonically evolved into a Raichu by a main character, and I want to stick to that.
- He was considered rare in some newer regions of the pokemon world.
- I actually never favored Raichu that much as I do Pikachu.

Though I could evolve the female one I caught, but it's too weak, and in the box somewhere. I'd have to do 24 hour training on the female one in order to get it with the same level as my party.

Also, I don't have a reset bag in super training, or can't remember how to get one. If I used one, does it reset the s.training stats back to 0, or only certain things?

I can see if Xerneas could help if I did have too much trouble, but I donno.

Reset bags are earned randomly by just idling on the screen where you see your pokemon punching a bag or by a rare earn from Training. If used, it resets ALL stats to zero, not just a certain stat.

You say this as if it has any meaning in gameplay. Jack Frost is the Mascot of Atlus but that doesn't make him a very valuable persona/demon in the SMT series. Slime is the Mascot for Dragon Quest but that doesn't mean it serves as much more than an enemy class.

And? The Anime has no bearing on the games save for Yellow.

Also, since you seem to think the anime is this great [tornado fang]ing thing you need to stick to, Lt. Surge evolved his Pikachu into Raichu, maybe not onscreen but he [tornado fang]ing did it so this one is invalid.

On a side note I realized a vital piece of information regarding my Pokemon:
"EVs are calculated at +1 Stat point per 4 EVs at level 100, which means you won't see the full benefit of the EVs you put into your Pokémon until it reaches that level; there will still be a benefit, just not as significant as when it reaches the maximum level."

This means that even if you have fully EV trained your 'mon, the full benefit isn't seen until they are 100. Even during battles where the stats are brought down to level 50, I am assuming.

I want a shiny.  Of anything.

The only shiny I have ever caught in my 10 years of Pokemon is a Ratata in my BW.

Like Sakura said, his reasons are superficial at best. If he's got such an adversity to evolving his Pikachu so it stands a better chance in battle he should just switch it out for something more capable of taking down the elite four instead.

As far as I know, Pikachu is a the very definition of Glass Cannon and is usually only good with a Light Ball, which has been banned in most Tournaments, I think.
