As the topic says, give any enemy who is not in Megaman X Command Mission techniques seen in Command Mission.  You can also add in signature moves or new moves.  You can also modify the movelist of any Command Mission enemy.  Just be sure to abide by the following rules:

- The level can be no higher than level 99.

- Specify character type (e.g., "Mechanoloid", "Human", "Beast", "Mettaur", "Boss", etc.)

- Specify if the character is an "air" or "ground" enemy.

- Specify the percentage of resistance against elements of Fire, Water, and Thunder

(Lower percentage = higher resistance; higher percentage = weakness; no effect = 0 damage; absorb = heals life from elemental attack)

- Specify any item(s) that can be stolen from enemy and percentage to steal them

- Specify any item(s) dropped from beating enemy (you may specify the items' properties after the boss descriptions)

 - Specify any amount of Zenny (money), Force Metal Energy (FME), and Experienced earned from beating the enemy

- The strength numbers can go up to 500.

- The armor numbers (C-attack resistance) can go up to 200.

- The shield numbers (S-attack resistance) can go up to 200.

- The speed can go up to 150.

- The Life Energy (LE) can go no higher than 250,000.

- Specify the attack type (S = Shot, C = Combat), damage extent (weak, moderate, strong, deadly, etc.), elemental properties (if any), and other attack properties of any attack.

- If an attack causes ailments, specify the probability it causes something (e.g., 75% for virus, 25% for DOA, etc.)

- Auto-repair (healing during character's turn) abilities can be no higher than 50% of the characters' current LE should this function be used.

- Life Gain MAX and All Life Gain MAX can only be done once during the entire battle.

- Specify any innate boosts characters and/or new moves may gain when certain conditions are met.

- If you need help on which moves to use, refer to the "Beastiary" or "Enemy Skill Guide" guides found here

I might need to update the rules sometimes, but just ask any questions if you need help.  You may ask on what a move does or ask suggestions on what moves to use.

That said, I'll do one right now.

Attacks done at any time:

Sword dive attack, ground sword attack - C-type regular sword attacks that do moderate damage

Energy rings - S-type regular ring attack in which each ring causes moderate damage; 3 rings can target 1, 2 rings can target 1 and 1 ring can target another, each rings targets each character

Ultra Giga [Fire, Blizzard, Thunder] - S-type elemental attack which does moderately high damage to each opponent

Power Virus - An S-type attack that does no damage, but has a 65 percent chance of putting each opponent in Virus status

Tera [Fire, Blizzard, Thunder] - S-type elemental attack which does very high damage to one opponent

Eye laser - S-type eye laser attack which does high damage to each opponent

Energy charge - Charges for Dark Energy Wave or Energy Sword Slam which can be used in Sigma's next turn; 5,000 damage must be dealt to him in order to cancel the next attack

Dark Energy Wave - S-type purple wave attack that does extremely high damage to all opponents; ignores defense

Energy Sword Slam - C-type energy sword projectile attack that does extremely high damage to all opponents; ignores defense

Telekinetic face smash - An unavoidable C-type telekinetic face smash attack and throw which cuts Sigma's power down 50%, but ignores the opponent's defense and armor

Codebreaker - A C-type regular attack that may instantly kill one opponent; chances of DOA = 55%.

Attacks gained when at 50,000 LE or less:

Deep Impact - A C-type sword that attacks one opponent and ignores the opponents armor; may also be an S-type single ring attack that attacks one opponent and ignores shield.  There are no decreases in strength numbers during this attack.

Okay, I hope that we can get this thread going.  I made the rules as they are because the enemies can be strong, but should at least be beatable in the interest of fairness.
