Now that I look at it again at a certain angle the purple one does have a very similar hairstyle but horizontal instead of vertical.

From looking at the video, Callie (the one on the left) seems to have hair (tentacle?) buns instead of Bayonetta's then beehive hairdo. Marie (right) even has Jeanne's then short hair. This would be my Splatoon version Dr. Willy II's Pokéhulhu chant:
