Dunno. My friends bugged me into it in 07, and it was fun... I instantly made Flame, of course. Dunno, it was fun then. the town thing was fun too... some of the things you could equip were interesting, a rose that makes my avatar look like a Succubus? yes please.

its not as fun anymore, since almost none of my pals are on there as often. I bide my time selling my extra crap ill never wear. Mainly the stuff that can fetch a good price.

I think when She meant Avatar communities she meant things like sites that have a representation of you, a little character, like gaia and such... where the avatar is the most important part.
